91-year-old great grandmother wins lottery twice in three months
In doing so she defied incredible odds .
I'm so glad that the big two step in from time to time and show those astronomical odds who's really boss! The big two are Luck, and, Right Place @ The Right Time. As I've said before, that system has never lost...and never will.

Texas ALL or NOTHING??
I wish I could help, but I just can't.
I play the pick-3 and my brain hurts figuring what numbers to play with only 1 in a 1,000 odds for a straight hit. I couldn't possibly imagine myself confronting odds well into the millions.
Try wheeling combinations of the last two winning numbers in some abbreviated wheel like key numbers, or whatever the budget allows.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
No worry,
I don't sweat missing PB too much because even though my odds are 10 times BETTER than a QP,
(when my group of 39 holds the 5 winners) the odds of the 2 if 5 of 39 wheel are still somewhat
astronomical at 25 chances in 575,757. And the cost for those 25 chances is $50.

RL's Digit Master Pro Big Game software download.
It's just as well if his system required a lot of money to work and he found a group that was willing to support his efforts. We all know if you buy more combinations, you improve your odds of winning a prize but I thought the idea of a system was to come up with a few lines that almost anyone could afford and have better than normal odds of winning a prize.
With the number of free tutorials and programming languages available on the Internet, it's time more members take on the task of learni

Do some number combinations have better odds?
The odds against having a five number match when 5 of your 12 numbers are drawn depends on how many of those 792 combos you play. If a player has confidence in their 12 numbers, playing any one of those combos will give them a 1 in 792 chance and their chances do get better by playing more of those combos. The odds against a 113 combo 4 it 4 wheel is 679 to 113 or 6 to 1 and those combos will produce at least 5 four number matches.
By playing just 5 of the 792 combos from the 12 number Mad do

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Wow, that's just bad luck. One interesting thing about this game is that it's loaded with $20 prizes, so you should be getting more of those winners than anything, even more than $10 or Ticket prizes. That's really unusual that you didn't hit a $20 prize by now. And payback should be much better than SFL in typical play.
Try mixing up where you are playing, different stores at different times. Some stores just pay back worse. Or what's really happening is you are competing with other players,

Straight in WC 2
The odds of hitting a straight in WC has dropped from 1 in a 1000 to
1 in 900 over the last 40 days...
the 9 in first position has dissappeared in first position making the odds even better by playing everything else...hahaha

Mathematics and the Lottery
Another math question...............
What are my overall odds on a game
if the 5 of 5 part is 1 in 1 million odds,
and the bonus part is 1 in 20 ??
Oct 12, 2012, 2:42 pm - Ronnie316 - Mathematics Forum
To buy or not to buy. That is the question.
Just take a good look at the odds for the prize you want to win.........
I was going to buy a bunch of $20. tickets but changed my mind when I realized top prize was 1 in 240,000 and second prize is 1 in 120,000.
Even if I buy 1000 tickets I'm still up against 1 in 120 odds just for second prize.
Have you ever tried to pick a winner in a horse race????

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Both very good ideas x,
Im cutting down to 20 numbers and that the lowest I can convince myself to go at this time.......
The odds are 1 in 39 with 28 numbers and with 20, I think its 1 in 400 or something like that.....
Stack of RJOh can verify those odds..... but the point remains that its a lot of draws without an expectation of hitting 5 of 5 and with the wheel its even less......
