Do some number combinations have better odds?
Every extra line you play improves your odds but at some point only you can decide if the edge you gain is worth the price. I've always thought that 20 lines gives a player reasonable odds at an affordable price and beyond that you talking about hundreds of lines normally.
The only times I've ever thought differently in my personal experience was when a game was being discontinued and it was decided if no one won the top prize, it would be divided among the lower tier winners. When Ohio ende

Mathematics and the Lottery
That may be true as far as overall odds are concerned MillionsWanted,
but we are talking about a 4 if 4 of 28 wheel that has 4931 lines. My guess is that because 4 if 4 is the objective it eliminates all the duplicate 1 of 5, 2 of 5. and 3 of 5 lines.....
Im just not sure how the math works, but it is BETTER ODDS than playing 19656 lines.

Ghana Lottery Predictions 5/90
Clarification on 5/90 games:
Is very common in italy, malta, ghana. In italy they have the version called 'superenalotto' derived from the the first digits of 5 states(Regions) 5/90 lotto and bonus ball. superlotto is equivalent of Mega millions. For the 5/90 state lotto games, the prize is set this way: A dollar bet on 2 numbers out of 5 pay 250x, a dollar on 3 of 5 pays 4250x, a dollar on 4/5 pays 80,000 x and 5/5 pays 100000.000x. This is similar to 5/90 of malta and ghana. Is how much you

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Exactly how I interpreted your original post Stack.
There is no mystery about it....... The BETTER ODDS go right back to getting 5 if 5 of 28 in LESS THAN 39 draws...........
I can go 38 draws with zero chance of winning and still MATCH the odds of QP tickets by have all 5 winning numbers (in a group of 28) on the 39th draw.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Before this becomes another QP vs Self pick debate, I'm going to clarify; Ronnie has a 40 times better chance of matching five numbers than a player buying 41 QPs when five of his 28 numbers are drawn. It should be no mystery when less than five numbers are drawn, he has zero chance. A 2 if 2 basically becomes a 3 if 5 wheel when five numbers are drawn because he has at least ten chances to match ten of the three number matches.
When five of Ronnie's 28 numbers are drawn, the odds of having a

Mega-millions settings and suggestions for Digit Master.
I agree with all on the thread, each has very important value. As points are eloborated on and explained it helps us see and use different strengths the
DMP has. The distractions will come and go but the learning is the most important thing. I play the powerball and rightly so it is 200 mil, but i also play the mm, odds are odds with the right setup groups and digits or filters, the winning #s are there. The multi stage tool is important, or you would not have it built into the DMP. Someone i

Post Your Winning Tickets Here
I usually don't purchase scratchers very often, but when I do I usually pick up the $20 ones, which have the best overall odds.
These two $1 Million Cash Spectacular's have odds of 1: 3.20. I plan on letting them ferment for a few days before scratching.
Their numbers are 000 and 001 . This game is coming to a close after two years, and there are still two $1 million tickets remaining!!!
Needless to say I will be posting here with any big winners.

Do people have more luck just buying one scratch ticket at a time as opposed to buying 2 or more?
Hi Ronnieh,
Thanks for your response. It seems like it's random with whether you have some good days or bad days with the scratch tickets. I'm sure you are very happy to have a good day but not so happy when it's a bad one. I think for many people it's very easy to spend too much and win far less back. That's exactly what these state lotteries are hoping for. It looks like your co-worker seems to have luck on her side since she just buys the random 1 or 2 tickets and gets hits on them. I go b

Where are the lucky spots in the rolls of 5 dollar tickets?
I try to play once a week. I take a set limit of 25 bucks will buy 5 in a row and only roll winnings into more tickets without putting money with it..but the key word here is try as instant games are very addicting. Ive tried to pay attention to what number tickets hit and which ones dont. I have found that most of the time if i buy 5 and hit a 100 altogether in the 5 tickets i will win 110 to 115. Ive been pretty lucky on the mass lottery gold. Ive also one one hundred on the newer green ticket

A dime a dozen - Lottery Systems
How is it off topic JKING?? Here is part of a post I just put up on a Thread I created several moths ago to give answer to this Topic..................... A dime a dozen - Lottery Systems
Do some number combinations have better odds?
By choosing a group of 28 numbers that contains the 5 winning numbers, and playing a 2 if 2 of 28 wheel I have reduded my odds from 1 in 3.8 million to 1 in 2397. Can anyone dispute this??
