When a new scratch off game comes out, ...
Tecnhically it could, but the odds of it happening are pretty low..... I mean if the odds are similar to a Pick 5 game of winning the top tier prizes, it's the equivalent of buying a Pick 5 a day for 150 days, and winning 5 times. And I don't think that's ever happened...

Fl Monopoly Second Chance Drawing
Don't feel bad wbrightfl - I had over 25,000 entries and didn't win a thing. I wonder if the Florida Lottery knows how many total entries there were for the 2nd drawing ? That would give us some idea of the odds. I'd like to see this and compare it to the odds on scratchers for a $10K prize. IMO this second chance drawing is way too cheesy with just ONE $10,000 prize per draw. The vacations are OK but who's interested in winning a Monopoly game? Would you sit around in your spare time playing th

Lost scratch off ticket did they know whether it is a winner or not
I would assume the remaining bulk of the millions of tickets for $100,000 Riches game are actually sitting in a warehouse somewhere. They probably printed out the game in bulk at the manufacturer and delivered it to the lotto commission long ago. Sometimes on good selling games they re-order batches of millions of tickets, like Red Hot 7's. This $100,000 Riches game didn't seem to sell very well. I didn't care for it too much, something about it. They begin pulling it from shelves a few month

Massachusetts Lottery closes loophole after big wins
Yeah, whats up with the 649 going for over a year with nobody winning? our 649 has hit $21.7M only once in its history and thats more than 7 years ago. It rarely goes past $5M. We're gambling mad out here in MA hahaha If I lived in Ohio I'd be chasing that cow like there's no tomorrow. 1 in 13M odds is waaay much better than the PB MM JP odds although some people play the latter games for the non jackpot prizes too. I do but my main motivation is the jackpot.

Mass. Lottery game very profitable for those who know how and when to play
RJOh The roll down would still carry the same odds for the game as any other drawing on a ticket by ticket bases. They would need more than just a betting strategy unless the payouts exceded the odds for each lower prize which on may 9th 2011 the payouts were as below Normal odds roll down payouts 2x= free ticket 1 in 6.8 $ no info 3x = $5.00 1 in 47.4 $26.00 4X= $150.00 1 in 800 $824.00 5X= $4000.00 1 in 39,028 $24, 821.00 6X= JP 1 in 9,366,819 Matching a 4 of

New York: 7/1 - 7/31/2011
Yes Long Odds I am still chasing that 21 sum. Also have good feeling about 100. I will put Long Odds low sum 2 and 4 in play also. That sum 5 in P4 would be really nice about now. Good luck to everyone!!

Prize pool Structure
The odds are 1 in 52 of picking the winning card, and 3 in 52 of picking the right value in the wrong suit. 75% for 1st prize and 25% for 2nd prize would make the prizes proportional to the chances of winning. What's the point of a lottery with odds of 1 in 52 for winning the grand prize? If you charge $1 and put 50 cents into the prize pool, you should collect $52 for every grand prize winner. The grand prize winner would get a whopping $19.50 and 3 2nd prize winners would get $6.50 each. Wh

Atheist converts after mock prayer to win $1M lottery is answered
jimbo The digit system is still going strong, Why would I need to travel when I can play here. I have heard that the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence but it's perty green right here. What would be the point of touring 10 states when maybe 1 in ten draws I can find enough data to make a good run. Maybe I could on those days buy a airline ticket, rent a car to get around and book a room for the night. I think will just continue to play my $15.00 a couple times a we

4/35 Game Wheels.
Not sure about the percentages but you can use a wheel similar to one that you might use for Tx Lotto 6/54. I that you play 9 numbers in blocks of 3 for 3 lines. In 2Step, play 6 numbers in blocks of 3 for 3 lines. The problem with that is getting 2 out of 4 pays nothing unless you get the bonus ball. I've never been a big fan of wheels. I agree that Cash 5 is a waste. I'll play once in a while, but the jackpot is terrible for the odds. If you want to win 25K, play Daily 4 straight for $5, no
