I never one 500 - most I've won is 100 dolalrs, but I usually do a 2 dollar one b/c we've got a pretty good one over here in NJ. The one time I bought a 10 dollar one, somebody walked in and bought the next two, and came back in with a 500 dollar winner. Illinois also had a St. Patrick's raffle....against my better judgement, I purchased one of those tickets (I have played like 5 times and never won even $1,000). I also noted that the RNG picker selected heavily from the beginning and the ending and less so in the latter middle where I purchased my ticket. Dayum that is a shame.... BTW - I checked out New Yorks Take 5 ...They play 1-39 balls. FL uses 1-36 Balls, so its actually easier in FL vs NY in terms of odds. NY should increase the jackpot size considering the odds =) I guess FL has more people that play and we have a much higher payout due to more ticket sales.. Good luck man!
