The only reason they did that is Kentucky played a quad for their people.Tennessee will never NEVER compare to Kentucky or Georgia no matter what they do,they cheat and scam daily,you all know it and so do the rest of the country.I woudnt play if she called me and gave me the numbers.I dont trust nothing she does.It's a Bible Belt State and the worst one in the country.And all 6666 at that here at Christmas,why not throw the 666 on Christmas Day......

Yes. Spending a dollar to win a dollar or spending five dollars to win five dollars isn't winning. That's why I don't personally buy these scam scratch offs. The same goes for break even prizes in the jackpot games. WOW what a ripoff!

Yep the IRS always comes out on top. They seem to be taking an even larger amount out of the winnings then ever before. Those guys who won in CT got only $100 million out of $254? What kind of a scam is that?

Like the lottery in this state for example: You dont know what to play so why throw away your money,they see what you are playing,they play in the 30 thousand range.If you are not in that range you do not win.There is no system for this state,no need to play...The Tennessee Lottery is a scam,everyone knows it.so whatever state you live in besides here be glad,be happy,whatever pumpi is trying to do is help...Just go with it.

Sounds like some kind of scam, if a person know how to pick winning numbers then he should play them himself. Just giving out a bunch of numbers for someone else to spend money on doesn't qualify him for anything. If you can't split the losses then don't expect to split the winnings.

It could be a scam, however most likely it was purchased and someone didn't want it so the clerk still kept the ticket to sell it towards the next player who happens to play the same game, for the same amount. That's why one ticket has 2 QP and the other by itself. It should listed all 3 QP (up to 5 lines, some places has up to 10 lines) on one ticket. Just to be on the safe side, report it to the lottery commission.
