I understand what you mean,Technics..!
The people at NCEL know they have the odds skewed in their favor by a mile....I mean think of it...they ONLY PAY $500 for a straight win plus the odds flat out suk bigtime...
Ive always played poools of numbers to try to stay ahead of the curve but here lately its seems something very odd has taken place that just doesnt seem quite normal and also seems to be outside normal statistical parameters...
Something weird is going on...!

Year-End Review
I played $83 on scratchers this year. I don't play them too often. Never $50, or even $10. If you look at the top prize odds they are anywhere from 700,000 to 1 up to about 1M to 1 which I think is ridiculous, even though there are lower tier prizes.
Scratchers are the biggest sellers in Tx and I imagine other states as well. I just have always prefered the on line games. I like the anticipation, where I think a lot of people like the scratchers more instant gratification. To each his own.

Odd Mega Numbers
The odds of all 6 Mega Millions numbers being odd are 77.7 to 1. If someone thinks that's good odds, they better get started early filling out their play slips because there are 2,260, 440 all odd combinations.
4.71% of Michigan's Fantasy 5 game's combinations are all even or all odd. If out of the last 365 drawings 21 of them were all even or all odd, it was slightly higher at 5.75%. It's used as a filter because as the statistics show, it rarely happens. Most standard filters are set at 2 o

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Buckeye5 ended after 2723 drawings and I look for Rolling Cash5 to do about the same. The only games to continue since their beginnings with little or no change are the pick3 and pick4 games and some player complain while the odds and payouts haven't changed, they are harder to win now days than they ever were before. I think it's just the frustrations of still losing after years of playing and learning about those games.
I spent a little time trying different ways of picking combinations for

David's Play 3 Winning Formula (Proof)
Based upon that statement alone, then each time I lose, the game is rigged?? Ohh please.
As another reader said, where is this system? And I think you made a typo. the system should be labeled the Fools system.
Of course if you take 100 people on a pick3 pool , odds are a ticket will pay out....You made it a 50/50 odds if everyone tosses in 5 bucks....Where is the challenge in that?
Well, when the teacher is ready, the student may show interest....

Ohio New Years Raffle Starts November 20th!
rdgrnr and Rowen:
They will have the drawing regardless if all the tickets are sold or not and the prize values will remain the same.
I do believe that not all the tickets were sold the last raffle drawing though in Ohio?
However, less tickets into the pot will increase the odds slightly. But still a good try for a jackpot with the odds.

Better Your Odds on Pick 4
please dont mind me, but the odds will be like: 10 in 25 which i think is 1 in 3 CONVERTED that is...But if you look at the sum and guide yourself by sum and maybe, again: MAYBE the 100 pairs will be divided into 20 sums (5 sums per pair), then THEORETICALLY again THEORETICALLY...The odds will not be 10 in 25 but 20 in 25 or 1 in 2 CONVERTED...But is kind of like an oxymoron because even though theoretically that s how it sound, practically it sounds like impossible...
but even if it was 1 in

When You Win A Jackpot The Luck To Skill Odds Will Be?
Which state do you live in? I assume when you say she won MM twice you're saying she hit the jackpot twice and I wasn't aware anyone had ever done that. I would like to look that up.
I would assume if someone had a super workout that they claimed helped them win a game like MM, they are simply claiming they improved their odds of winning quite a bit. Even if they reduced their odds from 1:150M to 1:14M they probably wouldn't ever win more than once since people play 6/49 games all their life

Pick 3 digit elimination
Has anyone come up with a good method for consistently eliminating one or two losing digits from your plays? I was looking at the numbers and tossing out just one bad digit reduces 1,000 straight combos down to 729. Throw out two digits and you're down to 512 combos.
There's only a max of 3 unique digits drawn from a field of 10 in any given draw, so that's at least 7 losing digits for each and every game. Statisically the odds are about 1 in 2 of successfully knocking out two digits so any m
