Tennessee Lottery computerized drawings flawed since inception
With no doubles or triples, it looks like they were picking 3 numbers from a single group of 10 for the pick3 game and 4 numbers from a single group of 10 for the pick4 game. Some one got confused when they put the parameters into the RNG
That means the odds of picking the winning pick3 straight number was 1:120 and a box hit was 1:20 and the odds of a straight in the pick4 was 1:210 and for a 24 way box hit was 1:9.
I hope the smarter people in Tennessee were making some money durin

Powerball & Megamillions Growing
The cap started after the 315 prize so the 315 prize was set by sales only using the old Powerball game (better odds, more cash). Powerball made some changes including the new cap, longer odds and very little cash. After the prize reached 340 it was capped and any additional sales was added to the 5 + 0 pool. Same thing happened later when it hit 365. The new cap level is 390. That's not a coincidence it's part of the Powerball rules. I doubt it will hit 390 but that's a different story. If you

What if you found out that NO ILOGICAL system works

Systems say don't play like this....
The numbers 1-2-3-4-5 have the same odds of coming out as any other combo.
That may be true but history has shown that a lot of other combos will come out before it ever does, which affirms some folks belief that the odds of it coming out are not the same.
I tracked the winning numbers of the old Ohio Buckeye5 for over 10 years (2723 drawings) and during that time five other combos came out twice and the best 1-2-3-4-5 did was to match 3 thirty-three times. However it has matched four

Systems say don't play like this....
Systems don't really tell you how to play, they show that combinations with all even or all odd numbers and a range of ten don't come up often.
I wouldn't start playing combinations with all even numbers and a range of ten in the future hoping to improve my odds of winning.
Gail Howard say a lot of things that obvious to the average lottery player like don't play all even or odds numbers, play all the numbers in the field not just birthday numbers and etc.

Indiana Lottery (Hoosier Lotto)
Have you guys seen that jackpot for the game? It is at $42 million!! The odds of winning are less than 1 in 13 million. Even with the cash option being about $20 million this is a game to get onto now. There is very few times in the lottery world that the jackpot is larger then the odds of winning especially in the cash option sense. I wish I had $12 million to pluck down and buy myself a win...haha

UK Lottery operator plans $500 million global lottery game
With MM and PB odds of 1:176M and 1:146M base on a $1 ticket, with similar odds based on $5-$15 ticket might make the game less appealing in the states.
The exchange rates have alway made such a lottery almost impossible since even spending the equivalent of a dollar for a lottery ticket in some countries could cut deep into the average family budget.
Sounds like it won't a weekly game but a one shot deal at special times during the year which will make it more like a raffle than a regul

Hoosier Lottery
Hey Jeff,
<>I wrote about this a couple of weeks ago. The Hoosier Lottery has not been won for over 9 months now...since October 17, 2006! Eighty (80!) draws on a straight 6/48 game and no jackpot winner!
<><>This is unbelievable to me. A straight Pick 6 game...drawn twice a week...and not one single winner in almost 10 months! One possible explanation is that sales are so pathetic that this is just the natural results of low sales. Of course the Hoosier Lottery wi
