Uk Multinational Lottery Promo
I don't know what you had in mind when you posted the Letter, nor would anyone that has never seen or heard of the Email Lottery Scam. Without some indication that you were Warning everyone of the Hoax: People would think that you Won instead of heed the Warning.

Cash Register Sweepstakes
Are you talking about the ones printed on receipts and such? Personally I don't trust them because it could just be a telemarketing scam. I would rather pay my dollar for a legit chance at a real prize.

Win Your Lottery by Lotto-Logix Is Now Available
Premium members don't get the e-mail addresses of other members, they send PMs which any member can do. Todd even suggest members don't give out their e-mail addresses to avoid receiving scam mail.

mega fixed
Greg, In your contention that the computers are being programmed NOT to spit out all the possible combinations, are you saying that this is a known and accepted matter of routine or a clandestine scam? (I'm a little slow when it comes to thinkin' and such)

U.K National Lottery
no you don't have to live in the UK to play the UK lottery there are sites that sell tickets for lottery's. If anyone gets an email or letter saying they won a lottery and they didn't play it's a scam.

Would you check your numbers before you let a store clerk check for you
You can ask for a print out and check yourself. In georgia most of all the store put out the printout on the counter. The problem is most people trust the store clerk, and most don't read that store clerk and owner can be thiefs. Some are old and they don't believe that the places they have played at, were they talk to the people everyday would scam them. sign your ticket trust no one

Wierd Question
C'mon joker17, give gobills a break. He already said, he just wants a losing ticket from a few states. I doubt very much, anyone would be able to scam someone with an already scratched, losing ticket.

Victim of stolen Texas lottery ticket says he knows how to get money back
The story indicates the real winner will get $365,000 of his money. I wouldn't call that a destroyed life. Better than most scam victims recover.
