Hope I get this one right without a re-post. With this observation system, you'll be paying attention to your outside P3 digits or what some would call, your front and back digits....Here's a general rule to follow and its very effective. When both outside digits are mixed ODDS....ie, 1x3 or 5x9, a ODD pair returns soon, with a EVENS (ML X) digit 0,2,4,6,or 8s When both outside digits are mixed EVENS...ie, 2x6 or 8x0, a EVEN pair returns soon with a ODD (ML X) digit 1,3,5,7,or 9s

Different numbers are associated with different energies, math is science and science is math. I have won a few times with using this method, I was able to catch 4 out of 5 numbers. I took a look back at #17's history from January 1, 2020. Not only did it steadily come out, but there were four times that it double repeated. (It was drawn three days in a row) That's a high number of times for any number to double repeat. Although it's not unusual for any given number to come out in three consecutive drawings, typically when it happens, it happens just once a year for most numbers. (if it even happens at all, and for most numbers it doesn't happen) So what's the reason

you can then very roughly estimate that about 17.8% of winners will be from those two states. A recent thread in the Jackpot forum listed PB winners by state. No I don't have a favorite but try to get the ones with the best odds and that is on the back of the card...you can go to the NCEL website to see the scratch cards and it has the odds but I do like the one I just won a hundred on 2 times whlch is the worst odds of all of them but if you buy enough of them you know you will win either $50 or $100 which is the name of the card but you can lose a lot but just as you think you've lost your money with it you get it back with a win. Digit 6 has not hit in the 3rd position (xx6x) in a Midday Drawing in over a month since 2067 was drawn on January 31st 2020. It has only one hit in that 3rd position in a Midday Drawing since January 1st, 2020, and has a lot of catching up to do.
