Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
On the positive, the second chance game is gone and 2nd place prize is left the same.
On the negative, there's a lot! Odds are even more insane with even less value than before. Heck, they might as well double the price again to $4 while they're at it with $5 for Power Play. Those who always play will likely continue to regardless of the odds and price, but the casual player, for which the game relies on for building outsized jackpots will increasingly stay on the sidelines.
These changes

thats wheel every number, so for instance with 100 games i would get some cover that enshures I have every number being on my tickets. if you have access cover master. its simple as selecting a pool of 30 numbers, and hits of 5, then match of 4 and pick of 5.

1 000 000$ a Year For Life Scratcher 1 big win left after 6 years
Here's the thing about the NY State Lottery website.... They are deceptive, very deceptive. I won't go into a rant about how they frequently don't update their prizes and hold back announcements of winners so they can continue to drum up sales. There have been previous posts on this subject that I have aired by opinions. For this particular game that came out in 2008 as of last year 9/2014 here is the response they gave me to a FOIL request:
I am writing in response to your most recent r

Wisconsin MegaBucks $$
I just finished reading about your 6/49 game ... looks very interesting and a great cash jackpot. Perhaps some of you have read some of my posts on the PA Match 6 (6/49) game. It struggles to get to $2 million and beyond these days ... used to hover around $4 million and a few times around $6 to 8 million.
Never get those size jackpots in PA ... I wonder why they have an annuity jackpot part ... just work with a cash jackpot only, which most people probably would take over the 25 years deal .

Pick 3 Divergent System
I'm excited with the results!
For ex. if we are looking at 170, we have 2 odds and an even. We will now look at the divergent numbers. 170 the even numbers within 1 and 7 are 2,4,6 and outside it is 0 and 8 so we will go with the outside because too many inside. Keeping the 8 with the other even that came in because one of the number repeats most of the time. We now have 8 and 0, must find the third number. We will go with 2 evens and 1 odd, so we should look for 80 and 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. We

Megamillions prediction format
Another correct format prediction X() () () () ()X, no doubles! Eliminating the thousands of other formats bringing you to the ballpark of the actual winning format each drawing. My predicting of the winning number based on that format is: breaking down my system each coluum (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) of predicting

Can lottery random be predicted?
An aspect to consider is the vast majority of lottery numbers games have roughly a 50% overall payout. Players are a huge disadvantage right out of the gate. So even if one has a system that seemingly works, it's near certain it won't be enough to cover the 50% gap...
Search the forums here for computer randomizer problems. In some instances, players noticed discrepancies that favored some combinations over others (ie. no duplicate digits, some favored over others), and yet even if players ha

Monopoly Millionaires game
If you wanted to cover every combination for Powerball vs Monopoly Millionaire's Club, Powerball is cheaper to play.
Powerball
Cost $2
Odds 175,223,510
Total Cost $350,447,020
Monopoly Millionaires Club
Cost $5
Odds 72,770,880
Total Cost $363,854,400
Difference $13,407,380
In conclusion these games are very similar in odds and cost. Its more wise to play Powerball since the jackpot is not capped.
