Huge update to Lottery Post complete
Well, I just completely a major upgrade of Lottery Post, and I'm just pleased as punch that everything installed correctly and there were no major problems in bringing the site back up. According to my statistics, the site was only down for 3 minutes. Whew!
If you're typing a new reply or message, you'll notice right away that the editor is much different. I posted a very detailed explanation about the new text editor on the forums last week, and you can find it here.

Powerball Power Play Number Almost Always 2 ?
Maybe they should just do a ball draw for the Powerplay multiplier.
How does anyone know what the code or algorithm is for the PP computer selection? They don't. Isn't that why they do ball draws for Powerball in the first place, so people can see the selection method?
So they go to all the trouble to make the multipler odds ball draw equivalent but yet do a computer draw. They could make the odds just about anything they want. Heck, they could offer a 10X multipler, but the odds would be

Post your scratch ticket results
Here are the details on the latest Gold Rush Winner, that leaves only 2 $3M prizes left. Was really surprised another one fell so quickly after the guy on Miami Beach won.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I am not sure if this is the information you are looking for about the 2nd chance data.
http://www.calottery.com/play/second-chance/results-winners
I played scratchers more agressively when the 2nd chance program debuted in 2008. I realize that it is nearly impossible to win when only 1 top prize is awarded for a particular scratcher game and just 10 $1k winners every 3 month pool drawing (when there are more than 20 million tickets entered). I learned the hard way and lost much more in th

Time Travel For NYE MegaMillions Numbers
3 really good players picking 2 each could win more likely than having a lot of players throwing in. The players must show commitment, a hard commodity indeed.
I noticed the other players did not seem to be too sharp, and not knowing the ball was only 15 is really not too sharp. I will ask you what does the NYE in your mega mean?
I have seen the PB and MBalls often, it seems this is the easiest and most available to 'visions'. I attempted to form a group of 5 or 6 players to pick one of 6

Man found $1M lottery ticket while raking leaves
Hmmm..something doesn't add up here is what I'm thinking.
2012 he was raking leaves? Is THAT what I read...then 2013 he turns in the ticket. 27 years old...a wet, dirty old ticket
in the leaves on the job...he takes it home, dries it out and finds out it's worth a million dollars? I've seen wet dirty tickets
in the parking lot of many places. I don't take them home to dry them off and see if they are winners, I assume they
are there for a reason, they're losers and trash that didn't

Is The Lottery Fixed?
I got this off the internet.
You may have heard that you are more likely to be hit on the head by a meteorite than to win the lottery. This is certainly so. Assuming that the game is honest, the odds are roughly one in several hundred million. Even with these odds, lottery commissions are not satisfied. The lottery is rigged.
The giant multi-state and individual state lotteries are more fixed than pro wrestling. The jackpots go up and up, with no winners. People get lottery fever. Millions

New York Halloween Millions raffle ...
You're right it is sweet...
Ct has been running the SuperDraw raffle twice per year since 2011. They hold one of the drawings on The 4th of July, and the other is held on New Years Day. Tickets are sold in April, May and June for the July 4th drawing, and in October, November and December for the New Years day drawing. They're on sale for the 1/1/2014 drawing now.
For last July's drawing, tickets did NOT sell out. I believe the number sold was 262,000 which lowered the odds to 262,000 to 1

Twelve things not to do if you win the lottery
Everytime you do your copy and paste, you take things out of context.
The topic is suggestions for IF YOU WIN A JACKPOTbased on hypothetically beating huge odds. There are several opinions pro and con on all of the 12 suggestions and at the end of the day, they are still just opinions baseless or not and will never change the odds. How was I out of context or off topic by replying to the first of 12 things not to do if you win the lottery?
If the whole post, is hard for you to comprehen
