Winning at Lotto : Luck vs. Intelligence
Regarding poker, years ago there was actually a court case in California about if poker was a game of skill or not, and the decision was it was indeed a game of skill. The reasoning was that if a given number of people played continuously for the same number of hours they would have ben dealt an equal number of good and bad hands and it is how they played those hands that decided the winner.
But that's poker with sharp players considering the odds against draeing what they need compared to th

Bob P system is incredible!!
Couple of things.
First of all I give the system away free, no charge, no spam, no BS.
Second there are hundreds of these sets that can be made.
Third when done right it's a (10,3,2,3)=8 wheel the 2 correct when all different digits are drawn is 100%.
Forth when the system is built around a strong number from the game the system appears to have some efficacy. If nothing else, one of the numbers being played has a history of hitting often.
Even though only 8 numbe

What's with NY Sweet Million??
But who wants to pass up a chance at a million for only a dollar and a dream?
My complements to Pattyk. She understands that there is no correlation between the frequency of Sweet Millions jackpots being won, and a better chance to win a million dollars. The infrequent JP's that have been won does not negatively impact the over all odds of winning a million dollars. If more SM tickets are sold, (many more than are currently being sold) the frequency of JP winners will increase.
As has b

You still don't understand, even if (P) =. 999999999 does not mean it will occure and if (P) = .000000001
does not mean it won't. Probable, ostensible, reasonable, plausible yes but not a law. Lets say that
I have worked out a system which allows me to trap the winning numbers in less than 500 sets 3 out
of 10 drawings on average. The odds of doing this for any one draw are 1 in 1151. I think that you
could ask many that have my software if this can be done and they would re

Using Software to Integrate Mystical Influences into Pseudo-Random Predictions
There are a number of software programs for sale on the Internet presuming to improve your chances of winning state lotteries. Some of us have even written our own. They all sound to be doing pretty much the same thing --- which is to say that they use past winning number statistics to predict numbers with better odds, according to statistical theory, to win.
This doesn't strike me as being a particularly advantageous method of picking winners. The big hurdle, whether using such programs or n

Fooled by Randomness
Jimmy
It's not that the fallacy does not exist as I know it does and have known it for at least 20 years.
I just don't believe it describes me or my methods. Most psychology introduction cources include
this. Just as I don't believe that odds rule over me in that I cannot do anything to give myself a
better then the odds chance. You mentioned card counters as a legit method to improve the play
and increase the return on a bet, the person who does not know how to do it correctly w

Man wins Fla. Lottery jackpot for 7th time
Yes your absolutely correct a SYSTEM is only a tool and not everyone has the know how/skill too use them
If something was really a working system then everybody who followed the instructions correctly should experience similar results. Why is it that people who think systems work seem to recognize that they produce results very similar to people choosing numbers by any other method, including random selction, and think it's how people use the sytem instead of what the sytem actually does?

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
I mentioned the 46 combo wheel and I've used it because it has superior coverage over purchasing 46 QPs. The MM site gives the odds of having the bonus ball at 1 in 75 so it's obvious the odds of purchasing 46 QPs and having all 46 bonus balls is much higher. The wheel uses all 56 wps and though I'd probably get all 56 wps purchasing QPs, it's no guarantee.
It appears that they base their claims of PP's superiority over QP's on how many winning numbers are contained in their picks regardless

Combos & Patterns in the IL Little Lotto
Combination of numbers that have come in multiple times put into groups (GRPS). These groups make up approx 49% to the total drawings in the time frame listed. Certain combinations come in more often then others. I used different colors to separate the groups which are also numbered. Unless you play the IL Little Lotto, these groups will probably have no interest to you being in TN. All Jackpot games pick 5 games have their own unique combinations patterns that form within each game. I look for

Are you willing to share your secrets to help others win too ?
It amazes me that people spend hours and hours in a day trying to find a way to beat the lottery. There is no guaranteed way to beat the lottery. The odds to win the jackpot in powerball are 1 in 195,249,054 and in mega millions are 1 in 175,711,536. A game that is random and has those odds can only be won by luck. The real concern is what to do if you actually won. I would do everything I could to remain anonymous! I would totally keep it a secret. I would not tell anyone, especially not family
