This would be standard from what we've been told. Once the lottery reclaims an open book, it becomes ineligble for resale and is destroyed (without roll numbers being documented, of course!) The only way we may ever figure out this process of when exactly they come to claim game tickets is to follow a game from cradle to grave. The new $25 game coming out. . Mr./Ms. Quicksloth35, I agree. I'd rather see more frequent wins in PB and MM, than have some HUGE jackpot, that I'd never be able to spend, if I won it. My biggest bummer about the Lotto to date, is the fact that I regularly never win more than $4. I've won $25 on one rare occasion, and never more than that, on lotto. I'm good with the lotto minimum jackpots too. I'd just like to see them hit by more people, more frequently.
