One of the Flamingo Multiplier jackpots was found on ticket 000. We've seen several big wins on 000, and the last ticket of a book within the past couple of years. Are you saying you think these were intentional? For the most part, the randomization seems fairly random with book numbers being skipped and all. There were two $5M prizes only 50k books apart on the $20 Flamingo game, and we saw the same thing happen with the $20 Monopoly game early on. Oddly enough, the $20 Monopoly has slowed down

Pa. couple claimed $121.6 million Powerball jackpot on ticket purchased in Delaware
A Pennsylvania couple are winners of $121.6 million on a Powerball ticket purchased in Delaware in December.
Lottery officials did not disclose exactly where in the state the couple reside and said they wish to remain anonymous.
They matched all five white balls plus the red Powerball in the December 17 drawing, lottery officials said. The winning ticket was purchased in Selbyville, about 25 miles south of Rehoboth Beach.
The couple selected the $72.1 million cash option and collected

This would be standard from what we've been told. Once the lottery reclaims an open book, it becomes ineligble for resale and is destroyed (without roll numbers being documented, of course!)
The only way we may ever figure out this process of when exactly they come to claim game tickets is to follow a game from cradle to grave.
The new $25 game coming out. Essentially request an ILR and List of Retailers for that game starting the first week and requesting a new one every week after. This

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
Oh, IDK. Times are changing and eventually the people who live online will be the ones making the decisions. The lottery will keep seeing a decline in sales until eventually someone will present a cost benefit analysis and things will progress from there.
The young adults of today are both heavily reliant on, and accepting of, online services and technological advances. Attracting their dollars will require changes in how lottery games can be played. Online sales is the next logical step if

Georgia Lottery to add extra Cash 3, Cash 4 drawings
Look, this ties in with the other article about millennials not playing lotteries and state lotteries are concerned. This is a way to increase revenue, along with introducing new games that are $2 a ticket. These new games are tricky. All or Nothing gives you 2 ways to win, so it looks great, until you play it. Then it becomes another lottery game that is not what it seems. Texas Triple Chance is a $2 game that gives you 3 chances to win!!! Looks like an easy win, until you play for a month.

Lottery Game Design White Papers
I did as I suggested in my previous post for games I've played when their jackpots are their lowest amount with cash option.
Buying all 258890850 MegaMillons combinations would cost $258,890,850.00 and payout $54,856,964.00 or 21% of sales.
Buying all 292201338 PowerBall combinations would cost $548,402,676.00 and payout $119,466.048.00 or 20% of sales.
Buying all 13983816 Ohio's Classic Lotto(6/49) combinations would cost $13,983,816.00 and payout $2,328,790.00 or 16% of sales.

No more large MM or PB jackpots anymore?
.
Mr./Ms. Quicksloth35,
I agree. I'd rather see more frequent wins in PB and MM,
than have some HUGE jackpot, that I'd never be able to spend, if I won it.
My biggest bummer about the Lotto to date, is the fact that I regularly never win more than $4.
I've won $25 on one rare occasion, and never more than that, on lotto.
I'm good with the lotto minimum jackpots too. I'd just like to see them hit by more people, more frequently.

Neural Net Lottery Picker
Hi Adamcustom:
I am going to tell you a thing: I think you are completely wrong.
The author, I think sincerely,( although I should not talk over this),in my opinion, not believes nothing of what you are saying, about neural nets.
I think that his investigations continue in this direction ,(NN), and I think sincerely, that his programs are the best that is have made NEVER in the world of the lotteries.
Only to quote: Lsystem2004, Neural Net Lottery Picker, Perceplotr n, PFP3...

PA Pick 3
I am starting to catch on with different members and way to go for those doing pretty good.
I know how to do the pyramids. But what do the letters mean? What do you all look for in these drawings?
Does the +1+2 -1-2 work?
I know where to find in the results area so I was curious.
As some know I have been on the challenges for mega and pb. I might know something for the jackpots.
Thinking of playing $3 box for .50 which would be the way to go.
