Virginia man who won $1,000 a week lottery prize in Cash4Life says it's just "good"
I hate to guess his age but that game is only for younger players. He never should have played it since he looks well over 55. Of course most savvy lottery players are that age or older and know enough to avoid this game which does have very bad odds compared to others with their prize structure.

Improved odds of a 5W Powerball win, or coincidence?
The only way I have found to consistently lower the odds in PB or MM is to eliminate all prime numbers. Of the last 408 MM draws, this occurred in 1 out of 7 draws. If everyone stopped buying quick picks and made their own with a simple Bingo hopper, I don't think we would see as many huge jackpots. Most assuredly, more 5 of 6 winners.

Connecticut Lottery launches its first $50 scratch-off ticket
I've always maintained that I'd prefer lower top prizes with better odds. If you can't be happy with $4 million, I don't see what $20 million will do. For the drawing games, I think the MegaMillions should cap the top prizes at $250 million and roll down the payouts to lower tier prizes to make the game more exciting. It would be better than just winning $2 once in a while.

Connecticut Lottery launches its first $50 scratch-off ticket
You are correct and I stand corrected. Although Massachusetts has a variety of tickets with higher odds the entry point to purchase them is much lower. I suppose it does depend on the risk aversion strategy of players.

Connecticut Lottery launches its first $50 scratch-off ticket
$50 for a $4 mil is a complete joke. Next door Massachusetts has $50 for a $20 mil winner and quite a few of $4mil winners for $10. Not to mention second prize winners are even worse. Connecticut is a joke and I hope it fails. People should just head over to Massachusetts for one of the best odds and prize structures in the country.

Improved odds of a 5W Powerball win, or coincidence?
The reason the odds are 1 in 11,238,513 is there are 11,238,513 possible outcomes and only one of them will be drawn. And there is always only one outcome regardless how many combos we play. What's your plan for reducing the number of outcomes to 314,432, kidnapping half the ping pong balls?

Digit string projection for P2,P3,P4,P5 Games.
You should focus more on pattern projections to get the parameters (pairs, doubles etc) right . On the average doubles and distinct draws occurs in similar rate ( normal distribution). Trying to win every draw is not going to happen, all you need is a good hit. Remember , the odds is stack against you, pattern projection is a narrow opening to capitalize.

Other Systems besides Pick 3,4 etc.
I'm far from expert on all things lottery, but to answer your question I'd say Pick 3 and 4 are considered lower hanging fruit. Much easier, in theory, to win on a 1,000 to 1 odds game than the comparatively astronomical odds for PB or MM.
You also raise a good point on systems that generate 100+ candidate numbers on any given day. Many/most posts in the prediction forums show many more candidate numbers to play than you could actually play and end up winning more money than you'd spent. Wha

Can anyone help me perfect this playing method?
If there are 6 winning numbers in a 30-number wheel. i use 3/4 if 6 wheel, i know to get 6/6 is very difficult, but if i have 10 winning numbers in 30 number wheel and i still use 3/4 if 6 wheel then The odds of achieving 6/6 would be higher
