They make really low amounts of some, stick them into random packs and ship them out. Some are worth hundreds, some thousands. They don't care who gets them, as long as someone buys their product. Nope it never is. Whenever these lotteries make changes to the game it's usually for the worse from the player standpoint. Higher ticket prices, smaller payouts, increased odds or smaller rollovers and so on.

Good thing they aren't trying this in Florida. The draw game popularity has been on the decline here for a while and the scratch off tickets constitute a majority of the overall revenue. Yes exactly Keystone. I remember the number 302 in particular. I believe it hit 6 X straight within like 5 months. 3 X in like 10 days then 3 other times, just off the chart odds for that to happen. I definitely appreciate the rarity of the single match win of that amount. I've bought about a dozen of the tickets and I have won $100 a few times. For the prize payouts, I like the $30 FFTR better. However, the 500X has pretty favorable odds for the $10k and $20k prizes. That may keep me playing it.
