There's that store in Comstock Park, MI that has sold two million dollar raffle tickets and the last MM jackpot that was won, all in about a six month span..

Pennsylvania Lottery Millionaire Raffle results
The big thing about raffles is that they offer the best chance at winning a million dollars, but not the best chances of winning any prize. So for people who get a good feeling from winning a $1 or $2 prize, it's probably not going to be very satisfying. But I would never play a raffle for that.
You know the saying You have to be in it to win it ? With a raffle that's the idea, and you have a better shot at winning it all.

Pennsylvania Lottery Millionaire Raffle results
I have to agree Todd, I have already bought a 20 dollar scratch ticket and won nothing, and correct me if I am mistaken, a scratch ticket would have worse odds than the raffle?
If a person does not normally take 20 dollar chances on the lottery, then its best to not take a 20 dollar chance on the raffle although it has good odds, one must be prepared to lose, its called gambling!

New Michigan Raffle
Anyone know the details on the prizes? I saw the store display that said 4,000 more prizes or something like that and was wondering what that was about. Are they actually going to pay back more than 50%?

$1M Wisconsin lottery ticket sold on 'Miracle Mile'
Interesting that this raffle didnt sell out. The raffle craze will soon be no more, even PA had a hard time selling them out. And Michigan took a lot longer than usual. The bottom line is these things are still nothing but 50% payback lotteries that on a dollar for dollar basis are nothing better than regular state lotteries. The spin they put on them for saying best odds to win a million is quite comical. I actually prefer raffles that offer high prizes than lotteries that offer so many smal
