They're offer millions of dollars for some guy hiding in a cave in Afganistan, namely Osma Bin Laden. (Which is gotta be the last place I would want to exist!) What do you get for turning in a scam artist? A pat on the back and a dog bisquit?

Enclosed in the envelope was a check for $4,900 and a letter saying this was just the start of a much bigger payday.
It said I had won $250,000, said the 45-year-old painting contractor. And the ($4,900) check looked so real, I really thought I may have for a minute.

My retired mother fell for this scam also, They are very convincing and is very well set up to make everything sound legal and professional. But, you should never send anybody money to cover any taxes or anything else. Tell them to take it out of the winnings and send you the rest.

Penn. woman Loses $20,000 In Jamaican Lottery Scam
W-hhhh a-a-aaaaaaaaa tttt!? How could she? It makes me sick to hear of how people scam the elderly. They are vulnerable, too vulnerable. Some show early signs of dementia. I wish she had someone to control her assets. It happens all the time.

Pennsylvania man loses thousands to lottery scam
I would have thought the members here would be on the higher end of the intellect curve! If an LP member falls for a lotto scam, they better keep their mouth shut and hope no one finds out. I've seen dozens of articles on LP, and so has every one else - except the filter obssessed. They should be smarter.
