The poor play to try to escape poverty. Why not have lottery proceeds go to help the poor as the odds of winning is almost zero. On the other hand, the rich play for entertainment and not for escape.

I did a such poor job of articulating what I'm looking for please allow me to try again. This time I'll use some examples and maybe I'll be able to get across what I'm looking for! The last digit is the number/integer in the units position of each of Fantasy5's 36 numbers. For instance in the number 16, 6 is the last digit . For #2, 2 is the last digit. You definitely have something going on with this strategy its far better then all the Cesar and Laker chaotic systems they come up with that have no sound logic to them to be profitable. Beat the Odds in the Lottery by Igor covers this strategy in Pick 3 as well. It works but playing with Single numbers can go over 130 draws to come up in a column so it can throw the percentage off of winning as well. Thanks for calculating the number of combo's that fall with the boundaries of the most probable range. So the odds of hitting a jackpot using the sums within the range are 1 in 262,800. While it certainly is smart to play sums within the range, it's still tough to guess the right sum, and then you have to match the five numbers drawn.
