How often have you found yourself thinking or saying " This is the Year!"
Read where only 78 tickets our of every 1000 sold in the Euro Millions drawing the other night won something. And with the MM and PB odds being much higher, thinking this might be the decade might not be running through very many heads.

New York: 10/1 - 10/31/2019
Hey Long Odds, good call on the sum 17 and longout root sum 8. As you've always said, what's out must come in. Just a pitty sometimes it's too many to choose from.

Take5 NY
Take 5 has been a game not worth playing for a long time. Better to play pick 3 or pick 4 and your odds are so much better.

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Todd is correct about sample size. Let me tell you what I did a couple years ago.
First a little background: Illinois Lotto game is a 1:7.36 overall odds of winning anything from 1$ to 2M$+ jackpot. 6/52 matrix
Since it is a RNG I figured I will use a random number generator, with multiple seed values and do a what if I used this seed value for x number of games, what was my overall odds of winning and along with my $ win/loss. I don't have my results handy but basically having a low sampl

Mega Millions lottery winner worth $227 million sold in Texas
Well the odds may need to change to make it harder because it's way too easy for winners to win. It's about saving the games, if PB and MM are paying out more than they're taking in, then the games could potentially go bankrupt. I believe states with a population of over 10,000,000 or so need their own MUSL game that's literally hard as hell to win.

Mega Millions lottery winner worth $227 million sold in Texas
Today, they don't design these games so that someone can hit the jackpot at $80 or $227 million anymore. They want to see $900+ million jackpots. Not getting enough of those? Let's alter the matrix yet again, raise the ticket price to $3, and raise the odds of hitting the jackpot from nearly impossible to absolutely impossible: Let's make it 1 in 400,000,000.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Congrats to you Speeddmon, you are so lucky because Florida scratch off is tricky. I bought 17 units in the row of Cash Money ( 17 X $5) the overall odds for that game is : 1:4.07 and all from 000 to 014 were scrap. Unthinkable! I got only $10 bucks from the last two ones, be careful guys the game can hit so bad sometimes.

what is the best type of programming to learn to use in lotteries?
The degree of certainty increases with the increase in the number of trials, while the probability is a constant. The odds never change, but the degree of certainty always changes.
