Why is that people ridicule the old lady for sending money to a bogus lottery winning scam, and those same people open up their computers to all the free popups and allow a virus or Trojan into their computer? Me thinks it is all about greed, they just can't accept that they are the victum.

Yea I got those about 20 times now, but still have yet to see a cent. Course I never responded. This should be illegal, and is I think. I believe a few got arrested for the nigerian scam, and I also received many of those. I wonder if anyone could file lawsuits against them, if they could be found that is, and actually collect their millions? That would be hilarious,

I wonder how many were forfeited over because the courts were smart enough to see a scam for what it was? I remember several, because they were bought with another persons name; then never used for anything but a shake down.

The biggest scam annuity was Pepsi billions. That was the most inflated annuity I've ever seen although it never happened. I would have to agree what counts is the cold hard cash you can get at once.

Yes and no. PTS cannot SELL you lottery tickets, but if you use their service, you're entering into a partnership with them that essentially does the same thing. It gives you 99% ownership of the ticket, which in my book is perfect. I spent eight months researching all the available service companies, and they are the best I found. In fact, they are one of the few that are not a scam.

I stand by what I said, if a state doesn't want to pay certain people their winnings then it shouldn't accept their money to play. Questioning whether they should pay up after a person wins would make their lottery like a scam.RJOh
