Likelihood of a MM Winner this drawing?
The cash in the pot for Friday's drawing was around $309M, if my memory serves, and the cash in the pot for next Tuesday's drawing currently is $372M. A difference of $63M cash... I've read posts that quoted the statistical odds of a winner being drawn based on the estimated ticket sales. Where can I find these statistics?

NJ Lottery Pick 6 jackpot jumps to 9-year high
In NJ you pick 6 #'s out of 49 to win the jackpot. I'm sure that is quite different than your cash 5. Our Cashball 225 you pick 4 #'s, then a Cashball # to make it hard to win. Now I'm going to check out your lottery, mine and NJ to see who has the best odds though the games are not the same.

Cycles - Interesting Numbers
I would think that starting with the games of better odds, pick 3 pick 4, you could gain some insights....after all if you can't master 3 or 4 digits....why bother with more yet?

New Lottery Odds Calculator
If there are 3 balls in a drum, you cannot select 6. So whatever odds calculator to generate what you call a correct result is flat wrong.

Do it by rote!
Well, as my friend says, to each his/her own which really is all that matters if something works. However, working one time on a technicality and still lacking the ability to repeat that win with 'intent' leaves much to be desired. A given input for a given output, an expected result based on preset parameters, ensures the player that they can recover losses while still turning a reasonably consistent profit. I love playing in the water as it allows for much better odds.

Wisconsin SuperCash $$
Maybe there are fewer people playing now. Why play a game where no one wins. Look at Badger, there's a winner every other day. I know the odds are lower, but still.

Do it by rote!
Call it what you will, Tucker Black - the $hit works sometimes, tends to work better with pairs than single digits, tho. Combining pairs and singles digits out gives you a little better odds in yr work-out.
