Then you have nothing to worry about. We can talk hypothetically but the biggest barrier is winning the lottery itself. Everything else can fall in place once you beat the impossible odds.

I think i solved how to win the lottery.
I think the 20 year old that used his winnings from a month ago to buy 4 3500 dollar apiece Super Bowl tickets and is there right now would beg to differ. Yes, the odds are stacked against all of us but hope and positive thinking will bring it to somebody.

I think i solved how to win the lottery.
Rosumary, many comments (myself included) are made tongue in cheek. Because the odds are so astronomical, systems bear little relevance. However, it is true any systematic edge is better than not having an edge at all! Welcome to LP.

RL's - Pick 3 "FLIP" Program
Here is the thing if you dont have numbers that match from combined to just the day or evening draw by doing this you are less likely to catch the winner your chances are better if you have a few numbers match. I just think it increases your odds and you can feel better with your choices.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
BUT!! Statistically! I think that 10 k for life is looking to be the best play for the big prize. Nearly 25% are sold and 5 of the 6 big prizes are left... so doing the math that s 1 in 4,536,000 which is a big 10% reduction in the odds of getting that big prize.

77 Sum 23. With no 8's in sight 779 or 797 made more sense. But on point Long odds.

Powerball sales drop busts NJ Lottery's 7-year winning streak
I agree 100%. Just thinking about consumerism. You go buy a box of cereal time after time. Then you come home, same price of cereal, only box is smaller. So the lottery guys figured they'd jump on the bandwagon and basically do the same thing except they increased both the price and decreased the odds of ever hitting the big one.

I have a question about he odds (math)
Actually, the odds of getting the 5 numbers out of the 69 are 1 in 11,688,053. That is the total possible combinations of the numbers 1-69 regardless of the order they get drawn in. If the game was also based on order of draw, it would be almost impossible to win and hardly anyone would play.

I have a question about he odds (math)
Hi Everyone.
So since I've never been good at math I would like to ask a question here. A chance to win a 6 number (1-69) is around 1 in 14 million. Could someone explain to me how it is so? The draws are not played in numerical order no matter what number comes first, second... Like if I pick 1 2 3 4 5 6 and the machine draws 2 4 1 5 6 3 that means it is a winning ticket. So can someone explain how does it come to 14 million?
And I know the chance is 1 in millions to win I am just trying
