I should amend that to say winning a jackpot with QPs is nothing but being in the right place at the right time . The odds don't get better buying a like number of self picks, but we don't have to look for the right place.

No, it will still be able to go up to $5 Million after the changes BUT they are changing the megapiler odds so that a 2X will come out virtually every time anyway.

I play Supercash and sometimes Badger5 (When the pot gets high enough). Don't really play powerball or MM, the odds are way too high. My reasoning is... If I can't win Supercash or Badger 5, I sure the heck won't win those two.

Yep, and alluded to that particular game in my post. Would be appealing to high rollers, if the odds were around 1 in 3 to win a minimum of $150 verses break-even (basically, duplicate the pay table for their latest $50 ticket and double all the payouts with top prize being $10 million). Very nice win Giantfan! Hopefully you hit one of those big wins soon. I will say from experience that the high dollar games give better odds at life-changing prizes but they can beat you up really fast. Every time I lose on a $25 ticket, I think that I could have bought 5 $5 tickets instead. Play whatever you are comfortable with and just make sure to keep your winnings when you get a big win.

I like the same day same month theory or within a certain week of the month only for certain numbers. Case in point 243 usually hits a few times a year on specific months and days . Certainly narrows down the odds as opposed to most people who light money on fire by playing 100 different combinations straight or box and get nothing in return
