4 - Million Dollar Prize Winners with PowerPlay from Last Night's PB in Puerto Rico?
Huh. Well that makes the odds a little less fantastical, though no less interesting. Would still love to know if the ticket buyers are connected in some way. Does PR allow for anonymous claims?

Annuities -- Then and Now
Yeah, I noticed that Powerballl and Mega Millions are now only paying about 60% for the cash option. There are some state lotteries like Washington that only pay 50% on their six-number games. When playing for smaller jackpots, do the math and know the odds to figure out whether the game is worth your time and money.

I want to play the lottery in France.
You're welcome.
I think the Viking has great odds. It's always a trade-off of keeping many irons in small fires are one big iron in one big fire. Agentlotto has single lien entries into some of the lotteries, so that's what I prefer.
If you want to play a bigger game the Eurojackpot and Euromillions have great jackpot odds and are paid tax free. (Watch out for tickets bought in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Switzerland as taxes do apply there).
The Eurojackpot at thelotter is only 2 (8

Georgia Lottery to add extra Cash 3, Cash 4 drawings
What are your thoughts on the added drawings per day? Do you think it will be easier to hit a number now or not? I, for one, am having a hard time with picking from the two draws, I don't see how adding another drawing will help my odds. I also heard that the payouts will be less.

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
My guess is a realization of how long the odds are and therefore play accordingly, an understanding that they are still young and control their destiny in life whereas a lot of older people see at as the only way they will get rich in their remaining years.

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
Or simply that they understand the odds better than their parents do and they're not relying on gambling to attain wealth. In either case it's not about taxes. Especially since on these current taxes, their parents are purchasing an increased number of tickets.

S.C. man wins lottery jackpot twice
By Todd Northrop
A South Carolina man became a two-time lottery winner in a single day when he cashed in a pair of tickets worth $100,000 and $200,000.
The lucky Darlington resident has been playing the Palmetto Cash 5 daily drawing game for more than a decade, trying out different strategies to win, and yesterday he cashed in two winning tickets worth $100,000 and $200,000.
This is life changing, he said.
His idea to quick pick five numbers at the Situ LLC on South Main St. and the

Mad as Hell cause you can't WIN MM or PB...??
Exactly. I want more bang for my buck. Look at MM vs Hot Lotto for example. I you spent 1 buck and got 5 numbers on Hot Lotto you get 30k where as for MM you get 1 Million. And that's a big if at that. Hitting all 5 numbers without the bonus. Why continue dropping money on something with supposedly better odds when you don't hit anyways but if you ever did, your payout is low.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Nice wins skeptic. The top tier prizes in that game have been hard to come by. I've been buying 1 or 2 here and there but I can't bring myself to buy a roll given the odds on the $150+ prizes.
