$HALF-BILLION! Powerball raised again on monster sales
Gotta just love how the media likes to focus on the long odds of winning the jackpot. Yes you're more likely to be struck by lightning than win the jackpot. But people do get struck by lightning every year and people do win the jackpot every year. And last time I checked, the odds of winning the jackpot are zero if you don't buy a ticket. So I'm going to improve my odds by buying a PB ticket.

Sorry, something smells here; the odds of him winning twice are quadrillions to one. If he's playing a wheeling system, he can slightly improve his odds... but there's no algorithm that can improve his odds as much as he's intimating. Time for an investigation...
