scratch card truth
On my youtube channel I scratch only the big tickets that new york offers. and for the amount that i scratch i feel there should be a better chance of hitting something. If you want to get a good idea of the odds with New york tickets then stop by the channel and see. Every night I scratch at least two tickets and you would think I would have had more winners then I had.

Take5 NY
Yes, Lotto is worth playing... but not for the reasons most people usually think of. It's one tough mother to win. It carries odds of 1 in 22.5 million to 1 to win the jackpot, which currently stands at $4.4 million. I play it to win 2nd place which has odds of 3.7 million to 1. Right now, the second place prize for this Wednesday night's draw is $22,318, but if nobody wins it, it will grow until it's won. Ya gotta have 5 out of 6 numbers with The Bonus Ball to win it. There's a promoti

$4 a week, CFL or MM w/MP which do you like more ? why ?
I like your logic, haymaker. The Cash For Life actually has much better odds, getting 2 numbers pays a few bucks, and the top prize is certainly one worth winning. Your method keeps the budget in check and allows for the occasional shot at the really big bucks, while avoiding the excessive greed of PB. Good luck to you!

I also quit playing PB as well as MM. Wisconsin has a 6/39 game drawn daily and that's the one I play. The jackpot is 350K and the odds are relatively low, only about 1.7 million to one. LOL! I often run my ticket multiple times, they allow 20 winners per drawing. I spend about 35 to 40 bucks a week. Five numbers pay 500, four numbers pay 30 and three numbers pay a buck.

Would you be satisfied with a jackpot win in MM or PB at the starting level?
I would be happy to win any lottery jackpot, however when the jackpot of MM or PB reset there is usually another game that's a better value when its jackpot and odds of winning are considered so I probably wouldn't be playing.

FL Website in JP mode
With MM jackpot being $200M, probably all the states with MM are seeing an increase in ticket sales. With the recent PB win in spite of its higher odds, players are learning jackpots can be won any time and if they are waiting for that half billion dollars jackpot to buy a ticket they may have a long wait.

Post your scratch ticket results
127 tickets entered, mostly $5 tickets split between what I played and what was given to me. They gave out $1000 to 100 people so odds were pretty good.

NY attorney general says that DraftKings and FanDuel constitute illegal gambling
Game odds, point spreads, over-unders etc, for all the major sports are printed in newspapers every day. But this is illegal? Perhaps the legal gambling entities are some how behind this because they fear losing some business, IE $$$. I find it ironic that Nevada, the mecca of gambling in this country, does not have a State lottery. Obviously the gambling industry there does not want competition.
