Game odds, point spreads, over-unders etc, for all the major sports are printed in newspapers every day. But this is illegal? Perhaps the legal gambling entities are some how behind this because they fear losing some business, IE $$$. I find it ironic that Nevada, the mecca of gambling in this country, does not have a State lottery. Obviously the gambling industry there does not want competition.

I think they should leave the odds as is and go back down to a dollar per play. Starting jackpots will have to go down as well. We will eventually see at least a $700+ million jackpot.

Powerball was hit last night at $142 million it seems that everytime they change the game its suppose to drive up Jackpots once again they are wrong for me Mega Millions is the better game for your money Powerball needs to change their managment team and come up with some better odds and payouts!!!!

Nice GR $500 wins skeptic. I've started searching for more of the $200MS but they are sold out everywhere. I don't know which games I will play once the 100X and the $200MS finally run out. The new holiday games have inferior odds compared to previous $10/$5/$2 tickets with the same top prizes.

Unless they do what Ohio did on a raffle a couple of years ago. Sales were lackluster, about like the current pa, so I purchased several more in the final hour thinking odds favored it. Then Ohio announced they were extending the drawing for several more days to give everyone a chance to get tickets. Total bs!
