Let me start by saying I LOVE RAFFLES! That said, $50 a ticket is pricey. Just two top prizes is a little thin too when you consider Pennsylvania used to offer four top prizes of 1 million dollars to each winner out of a possible total of 500,000 tickets sold at $20 each for their raffles. Fair enough, but I think there's a good argument that such games already exist to some extent. Just making QP's non-random wouldn't make them the same as tickets in a raffle game, but I think raffle games fit your wish, as long as you don't mind losing the ability to choose your own combination. The numbers/combination on a raffle ticket may not be quite the same as what you have for lotto style games, but as long as it's generated by the terminal (or central computer, as it would have to be for

I played one of PA's new $30 ticket.... 018 and it was a loser. Also struck out on quick picks for the cash 5 and match 6... and picked up another millionaire raffle ticket. That makes 8 total for this raffle and is either the most I've ever bought for a single millionaire raffle or tied for it... and I've never won squat before so if I strike out again I'll be about 0 and 40 on these things. Interesting indeed. Last couple of years, the bulletin has been published by early April. However, sometimes PA Lottery has waited until just before raffle start. Assuming the raffle starts 3rd week of April, expect to see a bulletin posted next week or the following. If nothing by April 22nd, odds are the raffle is on hiatus indefinitely. Will do 'Player... It might come as a surprise to some people who read this thread that I haven't played T5 since a day or two before Thanksgiving. That's because I've gone all in on buying Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle tickets which is going to be drawn on January 2nd. Not only that, but I got my brother who lives near Tampa Florida to buy me two Florida Millionaire Raffle tickets. The drawing for that is on Dec 31st. My brother and his wife will be here in New York next week for Christmas
