Post your scratch ticket results
Looks like PA has a new $30 ticket on Monday.. Odds are 1 in 6000 for $500. The new $20 is 1 in 3400. Seems like another joke of a ticket

Powerball is kicking it up-10 millionaires were made tonight!!.
Whats with all the profit bashers? You took any raise offered to you in the past! Don't these extra profits go to fund education? The pot can grow for weeks to get to 300m and not create as many millionaires as one draw that goes from 300m to 600m. It's a win for everybody if you get pots going above the 275-300 million level. So what has been holding back increasing the odds? Envy and worry over one person winning the big pot. We got to many sour wusses that want to spread the big pot among

Powerball is kicking it up-10 millionaires were made tonight!!.
I hope powerball doesn't change the matrix. It's got the best odds to win $1M at that cost other than when Cash 5 games rolls over a few times.

MegaMillions is ready to be won again
I was starting to come around to your way of thinking since for the winners, winning is as easy as buying a ticket. It's the losers who think winning is hard maybe because they work hard at winning with no success. Winning a lottery seems to be more associated with luck than hard work. Players doing the extra work of studying past drawings and their results haven't improved their odds of winning over those who simply buy some quick picks .

Are Scratchers infinitely harder to win?
Over the past few years, I've actually moved onto scratchers more. I rarely play the MM or PB anymore. (And I don't see myself playing the PB once the new rules go into effect this year.) Here in Michigan, you can check how many scratchers are left for a game on the website. Plus the other draw games' odds are listed. A 1 in 4 scratcher is still better than a 1 in 10 draw game. That said, I NEVER play any scratcher less than $10 (there are exceptions of course - there's a scratcher for $5

GET OUT THE VIOLIN: Florida woman grieving about $5 million lottery win
She clearly has terrible luck. What are the odds that the church she goes to would be one that has a ridiculous idea or two about what people should or shouldn't do?

GET OUT THE VIOLIN: Florida woman grieving about $5 million lottery win
Fear not little ole church lady, you wouldn't have beat those incredible odds if there wasn't some kind of devine intervention anyway. And your pastor will get over it just as soon as you tithe. If you feel that guilty about it, I am sure the money is in good hands to do great things. Life is good! Life with money is better!

NJ Lottery adds 'Xtra' feature to Pick 6 game
Did you noticed with multiplier a match2 is worth $2 when normally it's worth nothing? Increasing the odds of winning something to 1:8 is worth the extra $1. If this improves their ticket sales, I could see other states with similar games doing something similar. I would like to see something similar in Ohio.
