So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Well, of course, any of digits 0,1,2 may ,or will, be the lowest to appear when any of them do come out. But, they don't have any advantage over any other set of 3 digits in terms of odds. For example, the digits 3,4,5 will occur about as often as 0,1,2 will occur.

~Why People Aren't Buying Lottery Tickets ??
It is divide and conquer. There are so many games that nobody wins anything on any of them. It is at the point that you cant play all the games cause it costs too much. Also there are a lot of really stupid new games ( at least here in Michigan) EZMatch and poker lotto have terrible prizes for the odds. The daily Keno prize here is $250,000 so when you finally get that once in lifetimes win you have to pay the extra 3.8% Obamacare tax...Yay!
I don't want to win anything between $145,000 an

So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Well, it's true that a sampling can hit hard and then have long stretches without it hitting. But, with what you're saying, how is using an algorithm supposed to be frustrating players? I'm not sure what you mean here.
Anyway, you're absolutely right about how to turn a plastic cup into a golden chalice. You'd want a small pool of numbers that will hit within a reasonable number of plays. Btw, this is exactly what I have done. Currently, I play a small group of about 20 numbers that will ,r

New York Dream Team 10/1/14 - 10/31/14
Thanks Long Odds. SMH as 06 plays again for midday. Why can't that 59 pair show the same kind of love? Congrats to all midday winners. Will try to update my info in a bit.

Frankie's Cash 5 Winning System
You are absolutely correct helpmewin and by reducing the number range down to twenty (20) numbers as you have done so by applying a 50/50 filter (theoretically) you are now playing CASH 5/20 instead of CASH 5/39. Much better odds and better chances of winning wouldn't you say ??

Are Mega Millions sales really that bad now?
I understand there is a $1 million secondary prize and some players will play every drawing just for it, but the odds of winning it are over 18 million to win and the probability of multiple prizes in one drawing depends on ticket sales. To get a 50% chance (over half of the possible combos), means a one drawing sales of $130 Million. It's easy to assume a $230 million jackpot might have enough in sales to get a 50% chance, but it's usually not even close and most of us are just contributing to

Are Mega Millions sales really that bad now?
More tickets sold in one state means that state has a greater chance of winning. But no matter what state you live in, with one ticket, your odds of winning Mega Millions by matching 5 numbers plus the Mega number is the same as everyone else, 1 in 258,890,850. A simple concept but some people just can't grasp it.

WIN P4 with the least odd percentile !
LEAST ODD PARAMETERS refers to percentiles, take a look at P4 sums (0-36), the odds of sums 0---5 and 30-35 is very low, so am counting on this lower percentage(May seem counter-intuitive, but very profitable). You need to come up with 'something' which I hinted by words 'next' instead of 'due'.
