For Pick 4 - 3 months is sufficient - 6 months maximum. In my opinion, unless your Pick 4 system is based on very complicated calculations, it really is Not necessary to back test from ancient history.

I can't ever seem to win pick 3 or pick 4, however I get 4/5 often on the Cash 5. I look for patterns and trends but I really haven't found a good strategy or system. Any suggestions or helpful tips
