I think the system you are talking about was banned becuase it was a scam, it made money off lottery players not the lotteries. Some say it was a pencil and paper system put out by a guy named Steve Silvers. If you got some money to waste, I think he still advertises on the web, just do a search for lottery systems and he'll pop up. Good luck to you.RJOh

As far as I know, that has only been tried once and that was some years back in the Virgina lottery when the cash value was greater than the odds of winning. Since then a lot of states have create guide lines which makes it impossible for any group to control enough machines long enough to play all the possible combinations. There was a group in Canada that claimed 1:3 odds of winning the jackpot a 649 games with a 300,000 combinations, but I think they might have been running a scam to get lo

Hello dottob first you will need a system. I assume you don't know about any or you wouldn't have asked. So do a search here at the post. There are lots of good systems out there and then there are some scam artists out there also.I've developed my own system I've took several of steve players systems and modified them and I get real good results. You are the same guy. I did a search of luckyhorse and there all kinds of posts about you and your system about a year back. Old scam artists never die, they just fade out for a little while and come back with the same old lines to a new crowd. Any body want to know about this guy can do the same search. Sounds like the 44yrs old woman is a mental case. Why would anyone who can't produce the ticket and do not want the money tell anyone she is the winner. Sounds like she is setting up a scam to get a portion of the winnings when the real ticket holder shows up, it has been tried before. Any normal person who checked their ticket after the drawing and knew it was a winner, would put it in a special place so they could find it later after they had time to think.RJOh
