Is that unique to CA Lottery? Many state lottery come up with half baked promotion schemes that have unforeseen problems that aren't addressed because they figure the odds of them happening doesn't require them being dealt with.

I think what he is saying is that when you arrange the drawn digits by 10's (01 - 09, 10-19,20-29,30-39), there are only 56 possible combinations. You can choose which one to play by looking at the draw history, for example evens and odds. Once you have the arrangement of the first digits you can select the last digits to make your combinations.

Great day yesterday on the $20 game. Tickets 1-12 contained 2 break evens... 1-8 all losers... Got 13 today and it was another break even. Looks like this game is risk $20 and if you beat the odds you get your money back most of the time. Looks like legal theft to me...

True, but its jackpot has only been in the decent money range for about a year. It took almost a year for its cash value to equal its odds of being won.

I refuse to play OCL because the second tier amounts are a joke. The odds are very slim that anyone will win a jackpot prize, however, I'd rather win a mm or pb second tier amount.
