Thats about the only good prize with decent odds that you could get with that ticket. It has horrible odds for $100 been a $20 ticket, and they threw a $250 prize with worst odds than a $10 tcket, no 1k prize it goes all the way to 5k with worst chances, it sucks and hard to scratch, I wont be playing this ticket much if not at all after today.

If the Top Prize isn't even in my California town, buying a scratch ticket is like rolling a die wishing for a 6 but there is no 6 on the die. The odds of rolling a 6 on a die is 1/6, without the 6 the odds are 0. You don't get true odds with scratchers.

The odds of winning something are posted on the tickets so if you don't like the odds don't buy them.
