The Scratchoff Card Scam
They even try this scam at convenience stores here after midnight when the machines are shut down.A co-worker at another store I used to work for fell for it once. I just tell them to bring the cards back at 6am and I'll be happy to cash them then.Heck, I don't even cash the winners I sell unless I know them very well and they scratch them in front of me. Even then I cash them from my pocket and not the register...../George

The Scratchoff Card Scam
Here in New York, there is a different kind of scratchcard scam - directly from the NY Lottery! All current NY scratch games with top prizes over $500,000 are paid in ANNUITY only. There is even a scratch game that has free Lotto tickets as prizes, except they all say 26 ANNUAL PAYMENTS (again, NO cash option!)

Buying lotto tickets online
Earlier this year or late last year some guy in NJ mailed his jackpot winning ticket to lottery headquarters. I don't believe he was fined or imprisoned.I believe the federal law is there to keep out the scam arists and chain letters that were so prevalent in the 70's and 80's.

Minute Lotto Warning
All the free lottos spam you, directly or indirectly. I gave up on all but one, Lycos Gamesville. They spam you too, but I actually won money playing poker there twice and got the check in the mail each time!My policy is: if its spam its a scam . It's best to use a hotmail or yahoo email address when you sign up.I see you have a lottery software website. Me too. I hope you don't spam your users..

Big Game Mega Millions Tickets Go on Sale!
Today on some radio show in NYC, I think it was WABC. They were discussing the Mega-Millions coming to NY. And they said that the lottery is a scam. The odds are so great! And the money doesn't really benefit education. They try to use education to show people that the lottery is good. But, no! The lottery sucks up all your money, 99.9% of all players are LOSERS!

New Non Profit Lotto Pool
I don't know if the website is a scam, but the free demo software that's offered to members of the lottery pool can be downloaded from another site that had a link on this board earlier in the year and the full version is only $2.95. I downloaded the free version of the program a few weeks ago at www.w3webb.com/lotto. You might want to check it out.RJOh

using astrology
I have the perfect site for you,the site is free but the information cost $10 and it's not a scam because I bought it myself out of curiousity,being a student of ASTROLOGY,NUMEROLOGY and TAROT for the past 5 yrs the ideaof using Astrology for number selection intrigued me but I never figured out how to do it correctly.This guidebook/system is the answer but now I'm not interested in using astrology for that purpose anymore but still find the information interesting and very possible.If you don't
