Well, Night draw players, against the odds, TLC throws yet another odd pair in p1-p2 with the 9120 series combo. But that's actually helpful because you know another reversal will hit in a few draws. it's under these extreme conditions that players can make money betting on trends and on the trend reversals. Hang in there. If TLC keeps messing with us with these odd digits in p1-2 for the rest of this week, I'm backing up the truck on evens next week.

I don't know if anybody noticed this or not but last year in March on the same date i.e. the 23rd , the exact same numbers for the Win4 came up both draws midday and evening as the numbers for last night! What the heck are the odds of that? I guess about the same as the deck reshuffling twice with triple 7's and triple 1's. What a scam!

I think MM and PB are both awful, but I still play. I also think that the odds are alot higher for both games than what you see on there websites because of dulicate quick pick numbers and how many people that play in your state. Like the Virgin Islands, have they ever had a jackpot win. But, if I had to pick, it would be PB for equal ticket buying. MM for buying alot of tickets without multiplier.

I never play triples, especially in California. We have pari-mutuel payouts. One, it's a 1 in 1,000 odds to hit a triple (I like to play str/box) and two, in California, it pays less because so many people play triples. Case in point, on February 27, 2014 evening draw, 2-2-2 was drawn, our most recent triple. Guess what the prize was? $256!

As someone who's at the complete opposite end of the country, your Mass Lottery seems to have an excellent, diverse selection of instant tickets with fairly decent odds. The Keno payouts are even better than here in California. Our Lottery is recovering since the scratcher overhaul in 2010 (surprise our games payouts stunk and sales were pretty low), but we need better games. We could certainly take a page from the Massachusetts book.
