How do you determine if a system is worth buying?
Jackpot-wise there's no system, all lines are equally probable. The line 1-2-3-4-5 PB:6 has the same odds of coming out like the last PB line: 8-12-18-55-57 PB: 2 (on 1/25/14).

PA Lottery has a new $30 ticket, Three Million
James. Funny the PA site didn't post it until after I got tickets. I was comparing the $30 to the 20's and couldn't believe the $100/$500 odds were the same. I had to get a few to try, but not ones I will be playing again

Quick picks vs. own numbers, how are you doing?
For me, focusing on the JP is a never ending disappointment so i avoid playing with that as my primary goal or the whole thing becomes a form of negative entertainment. I play one maybe two tickets for the JP games and sometimes more if i feel strongly about numbers i think will pop and if the JP is a sizable amount, but in general, i put most of my weekly lottery budget on games with lower odds. It's the more frequent small wins that keeps the game fun and rewarding for me. Sometimes those game

Mega Millions $1,000,000.00 Winners Without Megaplier
The new MM odds are horrendous. I think players are very brave to venture their hard earned money to this game. I wish good luck to those who play.

Take5 NY
Nah... wish it was so, but it aint. Well, come to think of it, the pool I'm in at work won $100.00 playing Connecticut's SuperDraw raffle on New Years Day. There's 8 guys in the pool so we each took home a whopping $12.50 You got state run raffles down your way? That SuperDraw raffle Connecticuts got is sweet. They sell a max of 275,000 tickets at ten bucks each for a top prize of a million bucks. (Guaranteed 1 winner of the mil, 1200 lower tier prizes, most of those being a hundred bucks)

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
I don't know what the odds are, but the top prizes for your $1, $3, and $5 games are heck of a lot better than ours. Cool looking games too.

Is anybody playing these Publishers Clearing house sweepstakes??
I responded to one for the 1 million dollars a year forever prize and now I am getting ones for 5,000 a week for life and a new one a 7,000 a week for life in Nov. Does anybody know if anyone has won these before or do they just keep advertising them until somebody wins. I'd like to win the million for life prize but Im think the odds are worse than PB and/or MM. Is anyone else trying to play these also??

never play quick picks
not very good idea. it's better odds to keep up with your own numbers. you wont regret the day you hit a jackpot.

Do you have specific plans as to what you will be doing after your PB/MM win?
People like to discuss the things they think they know best and lots of people know more about spending money than they know about making money and as far as winning a jackpot nobody knows and if they really think they do, they aren't talking. Based on the number of threads on the topic, apparently some of the LP members are obsessed with discussing buying things they can't without winning a jackpot or any type of life changing amount. I read where there is going to be a $1 billion prize fo
