lottery machine and computer
Goose people like to see the balls drop in the machines because it is the most secure type of lottery many people are involved in the process and security personnel are involved in every aspect of the game. You should know without asking that a computerized game is not as popular as ping pong ball machines. There is no fun in watching a computer pick a random number unless of course that number is your pick.

Lottery Pool Agreement !!
FEIN = Federal Employer (tax) Identification Numberyou will use this for tax purposes, where an individual would just use their Social Security Number. If you want to go the extra mile, have everyone sign it in front of a notary public... It's the same way you form a trust, by getting it notarized. Just add a line for the witness to sign and leave space for the notary stamp... leave the drawing date as a blank, then just fill it out for each drawing the pool is in on...

Record lottery winner accused of making death threats
And don't forget recently here in VA, a guy bought 3 Cash 5 tickets and left them in the pocket of his pants. Naturally, his wife washed the pants and the tickets were ruined . She threw them out, but he thought better of it and took the now clean tickets to lottery headquarters. Security took the paper lump and was able to reconstruct the three tickets, which were winners of a total of more than $100,000.I'm glad I'm just in training and not in ticket reconstruction....

mega millions winner
Quote: Originally posted by CASH Only on January 02, 2004 There is NO Social Security withholding on lottery wins.No Withholding. But is there a self-employment tax, which is in effect when, you are for example, self employed, no SS tax is withheld from your paycheck, no employer to pay half of the SS tax and you need to file this for yourself. essentially, even though it is not withheld, is there a self employment tax due at any point?
