Yikes I accidentially opened a new thread! Was wanting to thank New yorker, again. I am now at 4 box hits in a row with last nights draw results. I am only playing boxes so did not pull the straight, but am nonetheless pleased as punch. The odds against pulling four hits in a row alone are staggering. LOL Congrats also to all other winners!! MP you are on fire!!!!

Thats funny because the last time I checked being in control of everything and being a perfectionist has nothing to do with hard work or discipline. I could have missed my guess about you, but unless you work and manage a farm Im giving good odds that I can do more work before lunch time than you do in a month. lol.

He is extremely lucky to beat the odds and become one of the three winners of a huge jackpot prize. I agree that there's nothing wrong claiming the prize immediately. If I will be the winner I might as well be at the next door of the office to claim my prize. I think what is more important is how we spend the money.

Everyone play hoping to win big but that doesn't mean the players who brought the 175M minus one tickets that didn't win the jackpot would be happy winning nothing. I doubt if many people would play a game where the overall odds of winning anything was 1:175M

Hmmmm, interesting...Your qp shows a false trip as 272 for digit 7 that hasnt shown its head in about 15 draws or so...Hmmmm lil jimmy let that one slip past NYL held back winning number batch and just might have tilted the odds in our favor.

Does Kentucky publish their pre-draw tests? I play multiple state lotteries when I travel, and I will say one good thing about Texas, at least they have the pre-test draws available for public consumption. At least that way, you can see if numbers are showing up in certain positions. States that don't publish these results, IMHO, are stacking the odds even MORE in their favor. I think the best system is to anticipate that something will happen and than choose the right timing for betting it. As in all even numbers as an example, even though the probability is low the odds can be BETTER if the timing is right. It make me think of the girl who anticipate that When the MM jackpot is at $112 Million, I will win . The timing was right, she bought a ticket that day and won. Easy, right?
