Here is the little tool I created to make the calculations for you. Set the first line/set in the top
tic boxes and the second set in the second set of tic-boxes. Once you have entered both sets
press the run button to convert the values. To adjust a tic-box value just place the mouse pointer
inside the box and either Left-click to increase or R-click to decrease the value. The results will be
displayed in the lower box. The clear button resets all the values to 0. This program does

Ticket was sold in Oklahoma
A $1.2 million jackpot-winning Hot Lotto ticket sold in Oklahoma in 2011 has been connected to a former security official of a multi-state lottery vendor accused of rigging lotteries in four different states, a lottery official said Friday.

Why wasn't it done sooner?
The government reference sounds like someone is thinking of Big Brother. I don't think they
care actually about Lottery Post or its members.
There have been security issues in the past with mention of a security certificate could not
be verified. Is this part of what you fixed? Just asking cause I really don't know what category
that falls into but to see the word security makes you wonder when you're visiting a site about
the safety of being there.

MUSL employee arrested in Hot Lotto jackpot mystery
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation has made an arrest in the four-year-old case involving a winning Hot Lotto ticket worth more than $16 million which the winner mysteriously decided not to claim.
Eddie Raymond Tipton, 51, of Norwalk, was arrested on Thursday. He has been charged with two counts of fraud, which are class D felonies.

Oklahoma Lottery wants ban on employee purchases lifted
The Oklahoma Lottery Commission wants to get a law changed to assist it with investigations.
The agency wants to change a law that bans all of its employees from purchasing tickets, said Rollo Redburn, Oklahoma Lottery Commission executive director.

Pa. Gov. expects protracted legal fight on privatization
Returns $50M security payment to British firm
The Corbett administration on Tuesday cited the potential for a prolonged appeal of the attorney general's rejection of a Pennsylvania Lottery management contract as it returned a $50 million security payment to a British company.
