Do some number combinations have better odds?

Boney............. While you were talking in circles you stated the concept perfectly.........
, beat the odds implies doing better than the stated odds through skill.
And I'm not implying it, I'm saying it. Me and all the other 5000 LP members who are on line every day making predictions using skills that you don't have, or even have the ability to comprehend.
How did my post express hate in even a remote way boney?

Texas: 2/1 - 2/28/2013
I like to bet 5$ or $10 straight occasionally also. 10,000 to 1 to hit, which is a lot better than the bigger games. It's still long odds. LOL.

Would you still play Mega Millions if your state lottery's jackpot was bigger?
Interesting link, not accuate in my case... already beat those odds several times. So far, I've hit every level... top being three white balls. For me playing is fun, I will win five white numbers... not even worried. I do other stuff also, have rentals and play stocks.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Jimmy knows that but he is just here lecturing us when he actually knows very little about lottery games, lottery players, or gambling in general. If he was intelligent as he pretends to be, it should be obvious to him lottery players don't care about odds, percentage, probability when they can bet a buck and win millions.

Georgia $20 100x the Money
Just wanted to see if anyone had any luck with 100x. Seems the the best odds for GA right now $500 is 1 in 145. Overall 1:3.17

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Probably because he doesn't like anyone applying odds conditionally or maybe because he wants to nit-pic the difference between saying 1 chance in 6 chances and 1 way to win and 5 ways to lose.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
So in the big picture the 5 of 5 hits very closely matched the overall odds . While the 5+1 didn't fair so well considering it took 11 draws for someone to hit.

Your point about it being a terrible strategy for winning a jackpot is well taken Stack, and it reminded me that the object of THIS thread from the beginning is TRYING to win a jackpot.
I was thinking about the old ROI we keep hearing about. But keeping with the objectives of these thread, I added The choice now is between having odds of 1,533,939 to 1 in every drawing with 8 lines of QPs or odds of 324,626 to 1 in every 6.3 drawings with 6 lines using 36 numbers .
Anytime they want to

Florida Treasure Hunt game
The Florida Lottery has become so corrupt I think I am getting ill. I bought 20 Treasure Hunt tickets off the same roll today. 19 out of 20 were losers! 1 ticket I won $6. The odds are certainly not as advertised for this game.
