Down to your last $2 available for lottery purposes - what would you do with it?
I will use it for PAIRS, FRONT/BACK. Of course you have to time your bet and be patient. They have the greatest odds as you choose only from 0-9.

how to tell if a quick pick is a looser before drawing
When Texas first started a lottery, there was a man from S. Texas that bought several sets of numbers for a large jackpot and two sets of numbers on the ticket were identical. The odds against that happening were exactly the same as winning the jackpot.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Thanks for posting RL, we have talked about changing the thread name because the opposition doesn't like the word ODDS to the point that Do some combinations get better results sounded acceptable to them.

Ohio Classic Lotto (6/49) at $16.6M/$8.3M cash
I was just messing around with my updated odds calculator and it shows I can expect a ROI of 34 for every $10 spent playing OCL and 78 for the same spent playing MM.

Why the pool size 0-9?
It's a great idea but unfortunately the smaller the pool size, the less often a winning number will show from your small pool. It's just like wheeling, the more numbers in a wheel, the better, however, the catch is a 22. The cost goes up for a prize that pays half it's odds, and those odds don't change accordingly. 500 bucks payoff in a 1 in 1,000 possibilities world designed by lottery official shysters.
I thought about this many years ago, and dissected it a hundred or more times.

Post your scratch ticket results
Yeah, I really hope they don't privatize. If I thought the tickets have been suspicious now, imagine if a private company owns them. Plus, I think the revenue would be lower for older Pennsylvanians. I see the odds of $100 on the new $20 are 1 in 60, which definitely could be better.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Yes it will greatly increase your odds. In fact, when you successfully remove half of the number pool you have eliminated around 97.4% of the combinations.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Say you have to pick 6 numbers out of 1 through 59. Are you better off picking 6 numbers from the set of first half or the 2nd half as if you were picking 6 numbers from 30 numbers instead of 60 numbers. If luck had it and all the winning numbers are from 1st thirty or last thirty, you are greatly increasing your odds of winning? what do think?

Lottery numbers come to you in a dream
Couldn't it be that the system did work but in a game like Powerball with such astronomical odds it takes that long to leverage it for a second win? With all that money to manage after the big win he and others may continue to play but not with the diligence as we do who have yet to win.
