Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
If you guys think that is bad, last month they correctly reported that only 2 $1M prizes remained in the old ($25) $10M Florida Cash game. That was consistent with the recent Instant Liability Reports. A few weeks ago, they updated the website and now it shows: 1265 $10,000,000 FLORIDA CASH $10,000,000.00 0 of 4 $25.00 1265 $10,000,000 FLORIDA CASH $1,000,000.00 4 of 46* $25.00 The only point I will add is that I do know that the Lotto HQ finds out when a top prize

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
l try and be as fair as possible rcb- if people are committing crimes, whether its a politician or the person on the street, l want to see them punished. This is from an earlier report of mine... My heart goes out to every American whose life is lost for the greater good. Having said that, why is that to some Hillary is totally to blame for what happened in Benghazi? I paid more than the usual attention to the hearings where she sat before Trey and answered in a very coherent fashion by sayin

Strategy for remaining anonymous
The real problem could be because the claimant isn't the person who bought the ticket. Forget what you think you know about bearer instruments. The ticket has a legal owner and the lottery isn't going to knowingly give the prize to somebody else simply because they're the one who walks through the door with the ticket. Unlike somebody who finds or steals the ticket the company representative will be able to answer all of the security questions, but they won't be the person on the security video.

Florida's ridiculous ball and machine testing scam
why would anyone bother with such minuscule data, There has to be a motive, for so much concern with such a small stat. If it's such a small stat, then why are they so concerned with it? Why would they feel the need to run additional tests when it happens? Wouldn't it be totally random? That's what they claim every thing is, right? The only reason to do additional tests, would be to prevent a digit from going on a hot streak which the players might pick up on. In which case they are trying to

Challenge - what do you see?
I've always wondered why they have to have so many machines and ball sets to begin with. I get that they want to avoid any tampering with the machines or balls. But a few years ago on one of the Comcast channels, could have been one of the On Demand channels, they had a demonstration of the lottery drawing. They showed everything from going into the room where everything is kept, unlocking the case where the balls are, right up to the drawing. With all the security they had just to get into t

Move to a no state tax state immediately (next day). Choose a city with large population. Quickly obtain residency in the new state by getting an apartment and then transferring the new driver's license to the new state. You need a place to live to get/transfer a driver's license and I believe a homeless shelter address qualifies, but I'm not sure. If you can't get an address, just go to the DMV and get a national id (I think that's what is called) as a homeless person, which you are, in the ne

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich answers your questions
One of the things I forgot to mention above is that by using computer drawings, and of course real people have to program them and monitor them and safeguard them. Also, someone could accidentally cause a problem by running a buggy program and never know it. These things happen. People blindly/unknowingly cause problems everyday with products, and computers and their programs are no exception. Not sure if anyone will do this but a 1957 movie titled The Invisible Boy is a really good movie abo

N.C. lottery winner bails out convict fiancé fourth time
When I saw Marie Holmes jumping and shouting on the nightly news that she had won the lottery, my first thought was Oh Lord. She did NOT just announce that she has won millions of dollars in the middle of that dope smuggling, thug-wannabe, crime-ridden, very poor little town (I used to live near there). But then she showed up at the Lottery Headquarters with an attorney and a financial advisor and I thought Ok, this is good. This is good. Hopefully she has hired security for herself and her chil

Tipton granted delay in next trial until July
A judge has delayed the trial for a former lottery official accused of fixing jackpots in several states. Former Multi-State Lottery Association security director Eddie Tipton had been scheduled to stand trial Jan. 6 in Des Moines, Iowa. But Tipton waived his right to a speedy trial last week, and his attorney asked for a delay. Judge Jeffrey Farrell last week reset the trial for July 18. Tipton has pleaded not guilty to charges of ongoing criminal conduct and money laundering. This
