I don't think I will play the same numbers. I think I read somewhere that it could 1,556 years for a set of numbers to come out. The odds are not great. I am debating whether to pick a new set a numbers and play until....... or play a different numbers for every drawing.

lol i had a brown dust bowl until 2 days ago for some reason everywhere else in the county was dry accept my house lol i had 4 thunderstorms thats nuts and the next town over had none somebodys lookin out for me lol..saying come on step out of the house zap wham!! but then again i cant even hit p3 so i think im safe with lightning im goin by odds lol haha...

Hi guys Just wanted to make a few comments this morning that you should consider. Yesterday I mentioned that TG=3 would be showing soon, This was not a prediction but a cycle I see all the time with different filters options. Skio, Gigi pointed out to me that the last six triples in IL have been 'even' (good catch, Gigi) so I'm looking at odds. I think 555 is the longest out triple in IL but I've been liking 333 lately. The only odd triple that would surprise me is 999.

They do? I would think consecutive numbers would have much higher odds. Now I am curious about that. I always read about not playing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 because it will never happen. At least I picked my own MM and PB numbers.

Dont despair. I once saw my friend, play consecutive numbers in a keno machine and hit 5/6 and thousands in jackpot. It has the same odds as any other ticket.

No disrespect Stack, but no one makes a consistent profit playing the lottery. It is not that type of game. I do think we can get better odds, but it still requires playing the right numbers at the right time to come out ahead of the game.

It's not uncommon for lotteries to turn a profit. The odds are designed that way. Your statement makes it seem like they did something unheard for a state lottery.
