Wisconsin MegaBucks $$
I tryed megabucks a few times, never won anything. The odds on that game are the worst out of all of them in the state for the jackpot.

Nice hit. try hitting that now though, its impossible. Its crazy how hard it is to get a $200 even. Ive played over 1,000 tickets according to the odds i should of hit 5 $200s and 2 $500s and maybe a $1k. ive only hit 2 or 3 $200s !!!

3of6 once in a while is normal for pick6 games but if you can hit the jackpot with only 2000 lines, that could be a bargain if the jackpot has a dollar value near the odds of winning it.

Thanks for the welcome. You are correct, it is a big loss. I've been playing for years just hoping to hit a big one, and the most i've ever gotten is $1000.00. I've won $500 about 4 times in the last year, but i spend a lot to win it. I think CA lottery has terrible odds.

Same rolls. Doesn't matter, the last year and half the Florida Lottery has increased the number of losing tickets in each roll. I don't see how they are honoring the posted odds, especially in my area. I have sharply decreased the number of scratchers I purchase and will continue to do so until they begin to play fairly again, like the years before 2011, when you could expect a winner when buying a few $10 or $20 scratchers. Not any more.

For the most part the odds seem pretty consistent. Maybe it's just that when you run cold on the $20 tickets it bleeds you much more than when you lose on $5 tickets so the loss stands out more.

It amuses me to see so many regular players griping about the odds . The lottery is designed to make a profit and hopefully whatever state you resdie in is using those profits to better the roads, schools or whatever. Overall odds are just that, overall as in over all of the entire print of tickets. If distribution of winners was predictable it would be awesome but it is not gonna happen. It is random as evidenced by the many posts here with folks winning on 4-5 tickets in a row and losing on as

Calculating odds for a subset of numbers
your trying to mix in different equations without a given peramiters. Basic if you played all 200K numbers your odds on any given draw should be 1-250000. Again your trying to mix in 2 totally different related peramiters so Im not even sure if that is right. I just used the 1-200K and added in 25% because that is the miss rate.

The Lottery 50/50 Rule-Playing The Lottery Is A Win/Lose Situation No Matter How Many Tickets We Buy
I've wondered about this and I found this thread. The odds are 1\175000000. If you buy 10 or 100 does that change it to 1\17500000 and 1\1750000?
