$205 MILLION: Promise of big jackpots met by new Mega Millions
I knew there wasn't going to be a mass exodus for the simple reason that most players are causal players who don't pay attention to the odds of winning. If you ask the average play what is the odds of winning their digit games, their state lottos or the mutl states, they will look at you with a blank stare. In their mind, all they care about is that somebody is going to win it regardless of the odds.

$205 MILLION: Promise of big jackpots met by new Mega Millions
I've only played MM once since the recent change in odds and before that I played every drawing. With such super high odds I often feel like I should just keep my dollar instead of throwing it away, the new odds do turn players off.

The New Mega Millions Game - So Do You Like It Or Not?
No, it's f'n ridiculous that the 2nd prize odds are 1 in 18 million and you get a measly $1 million for beating those odds.
