scratch tickets by state
Personally, after research, the best looking tickets are in Florida due to the odds and prizes, what is your opinion? Don't just judge by where you live.

Newbie Wants To Know If Anyone Plays Lucky Lines Here
Thank you B$Rizzle. Though the odds are still tremendous, I do at least feel like I have more of a fighting chance...LOL! Which one do you enjoy playing the most...scratch offs or the lottery games?

New Jersey: 12/1 - 12/31/2011
I saw you had 47 and 37, and I skipped the midday ( not by choice - wife took the car!) and I sweated out my 374. Going in on 374 503 and 254, and now I'll include your 597, and the ever elusive 159, saving the rest for Jersey cash 5. I had three numbers three times between last night and the night before. The odds are better than scratchoffs!

Retailers that say "Remember Me"
The odds of you ever having to really give anyone a tip if you win the jackpot are the same as those of you actually winning a jackpot so why even give it a thought? After all, if you ever do win, you'll have more than just the clerk with their hands out.

steve player pick 4 system-cash eyes
As long as lotteries continues to keep the odds of winning a prize amount at a level that can be paid with 50% of sales, they won't be going out of business.

Pennsylvania still has winners out there!
Here is my only $500 winner and also first ever $100 winner(Bowling one). The Harley was a back to back $24/$80. Thought it might be fun to show some classics. Wish I scanned the back for the odds back then. they were all from 1997/1998(except I think Money to Burn)
