Ohio Classic Lotto last two wins were within one draw of each other. The first one was after almost two years without a winner. The first jackpot was for over $50M and the second one was for $1M. The payouts per drawings doesn't vary very much because of some faithful players who prefer the better odds of winning a jackpot that continue to play regardless of the jackpot size.

State lottos generally have a smaller pool of numbers (In California, SuperLotto is 1-47 vs Mega Millions' 1-56) so odds are better. Of course, I'd rather win a 5+0 in MM which is usually at least a 6 figure jackpot

yes they are all over the place....its very confusing but you gotta look everywhere for a possible win. nc does whatever they can to keep the odds in their favor.

I'm guessing probably not, and don't forget the matrixes have expanded so that makes such a thing happening even less likely. Mega Millions replaced The Big Game, which definitely had a different matrix. This is from a post from 10 years ago: THE POSTED ODDS FOR THE BIG GAME ARE 76,275,360 TO 1 Compare that to the current Mega Millions odds.

You know it is quite possible that they bought just 1 QP with no serious intentions of winning. They know the odds are high for anyone regardless and perhaps they bought the ticket just for kicks. It could be just coincidence that that ticket happened to be the winner. I know that's hard to believe when the rich win the lottery.

Yep, I know that real well....lol... Like playing 216 last year and spending $100.00 or more dollars on it and it only came out 2 times that year...... They may hold that 6 till next year before they let it come out knowing those crooks..... They seem to defy the odds...Wonder how they do that? ...... lol......
