How many tickets do you buy?
I buy around 30 pb and lotto each week. I'm not happy pb prices are going up but I do like the fact that the odds will be better.

Would you pay for predictions?
Maybe if the predictor had proof of his skill on the LP prediction board. Any one can claim their predictions increase the odds of winning by 50 times but no one has ever proved it on the prediction board.

PICK 4,5,6 Cracked - New System
Curious here. What you are describing is hypergeometric distribution. Before the drawing starts, the odds in any 5/39 game are 1 in 575757. On any one line, you have a 5 in 39 chance of hitting that first ball. If you don't have the first ball, your odds don't improve. (Not to mention you are not going to win the big pot.) If you match the first ball, you move on to the 4/38 category where you have a 1 in 73815 chance of hitting the second ball. (If you don't hit that, no second tier pr

New Jersey: 11/1 - 11/30/2011
Odds of hitting for $500 is 75,00 to one? I'd rather put that buck on a PICK 4 str for a 10,000 to one shot at around $2,500!

Ohio's New Year's Raffle
There's no such thing as better odds, depending on how/ when you buy. If I were you, I'd just buy em all at once again.

Would You Play These Numbers?
I said no because I wouldn't consciously select them. If I got it in a QP, or if I selected them and then later did a search and found they were previously drawn, I wouldn't worry about it, though. I'd just hope for lightening to strike twice. The odds reset for each drawing, so it has the same chance of hitting as any other number combo.

Ohio's New Year's Raffle
Actually, I don't think there can be any kind of strategy with the Raffle, just better odds of winning something. Last year I just thought that perhaps a number would hit between the 50 tickets we purchased. This year just hoping for a hit and miss type of situation. Good luck to everyone!
