Why Do Mathematicians Consider The Lottery Random
To bet on a color is safer but much lower odds....Low risk low reward....one number high rish high reward....mathematically risk reward verses probability all the bets are the same

Why Do Mathematicians Consider The Lottery Random
Because in roulette, winning on red or black is actually a 18/38 bet. And over ten spins, you are likely to be about even, probably behind 1 betting unit. Over ten spins on a single number, you are more likely to be ahead because you've got a little under a 10/38 chance of being ahead, probably about 8/38 - since numbers can repeat.
If you win at least one of the spins, you'll be ahead if you don't keep on playing. If you bet on a single color, then you're going to be more likely to win

Why Do Mathematicians Consider The Lottery Random
I knew you were talking about a friend and the he's I was referring to was your friend.
A year or so ago an LP member had an interesting 60/40 pick-3 betting method that showed lots of potential and it too was based on getting the online payoff odds. Your friend has a 65 to 35 edge on every bet he makes and your critics will say overtime he'll win 65% of his bets but the 10% edge will keep him from making a profit. I'd like to know where it's written a 65 to 35 edge every bet can't win 75% or

P-3 Pyramid system
Tonight's NJ was 540 - it was in my secondary pairs. I seemed to do very well when I used to play - but even if I was beating the odds, it wasn't enough to make up for the 50% edge against you.
But just so you know, according to the guy who inspired the method - the less draws the better, you want to catch short term trends, and forget about as much of the past as possible. It's more about seeing what is happening - not what has happened. It's kind of hard to explain, since you've obviou

Winning a free ticket, want cash instead
Some stores in PA have strict policies about only giving free tickets - most Giants, Wawa (unless they don't have the same ticket), and the beer store among them. Wegmans and others will give cash. The state prints out free tickets because odds are the free ticket will lose and they don't pay out as much.

Powerball 28 The Most overdue Red Ball
That's what players do who ask the question Is there something I could have done to improve my odds? . They have to look backward before they can look forward and hope what happens most is likely to happen again.

POLL - Will You Buy $2 Lottery Tickets?
I generally play only 3-ball numbers games. Sometimes, I will play 4-ball numbers games. I am not aware of any numbers games that cost more than $1. Right now, I have no plan to play any game for which the lower-tier prizes are less than 50% of the odds

Mathematics and the Lottery
Okay, three Genius mathematicians, each using the same system, Walk Into a Bar.
Two of them head for the bar, while the third overhears two guys announcing they will begin flipping a coin and track the result. He watches and records every flip for an hour, before the second Genius mathematician happens upon the scene, and also begins tracking the results. They both track and record the results for another hour, before the third Genius mathematician appears, and sees what is going on.

if i'm correct...look at it this way...out of 999 combinations, you now only have to consider 55. the odds are greatly in your favor to win. i can only be wrong once...until the next draw.
